I was wondering if someone could help me. I read thru the guide but am not clear on the following. If a tape has the same values on two the first one will stick. I understand that. To get the second to stick do you need to match or beat the first skill to have the second stick?
+3 Alertness
+ Music Mind Enhance
Need a +3 Alertness or high to make the Music to work?

you just need to match the same number

I am having the same problem as above. I have a CA with:
+2 Alertness
+2 Food Experimentation
I want the Food one to stick. I also have a +3 Alertness CA. If I use the +3 Alertness CA first and then the +2 Alertness|+2 Food Exp, will the Food Exp stick or does the first tape need to match at +2 Alertness?

any number higher as well will cancel out the same stat mod on your tape
