This is a great idea.
Another idea is that one should be able to refuse given ownership of buildings, as you can transfer ownership to anyone in a given proximity. Though this is not a problem in the same degree as the money tipping issue.

lol let them, then you have a free house/factory/harvestor. Take the thing redeed it and sell it. I wouldnt object to anyone transfering a structure to me as I rode by. Although it would be nice to get a wp like you do when you actually place the structure.

so what about an afk ent...how are they supposed to get a tip if they have to sit there and click yes all day long.....or if you're in the middle of pvp and you decide to piss off the person you're fighting and you make a macro to /tip 1....they get a pop up box and it throws off their game plan.......your reason to petition is good but unfortunately its not fully thought out. If anything there should be the option of getting the dialog or the option to stay as it is now just like with crafting and item deletion inside the options menu. But mandatory with this will suck arse badly because everyone will find a way to exploit this to their advantage.
- The concept of an "AFK Entertainer" is noxious enough, without complaining that you're not getting paid to...well, not play.
- Then you hit your "Automatically refuse tips" check box in the Options dialog and go on with your life.
This is what I'd like to see:
- A dialog box similar to the one used for group invitations.
- A system message to both parties should indicate what happened (i.e., whether the tip was accepted)
- A check box in the Options dialog, labelled something like "Automatically decline tips". If checked, the dialog box is not presented and all /tips (except those from the Friends list) are automatically refused.
- That tips are automatically declined from anyone in your Ignore list
- That tips are automatically accepted from anyone in your Friends list

If this does happen, they also need to add an auto accept on tips, like auto join, for the entertainers.
but great idea!

I thought the devs said that innocents that got banned could repeal, and get their accounts back, as long as they were innocent. Also vendors that sold items to the cheaters, dont get banned. Personally I think the devs are doing a "somewhat decent" jobwith the credit dupe. I'll still sign thou

he already mentioned that you could turn it off. why should an entertainer get money for doing nothing? if they want money this would force them to be at their keyboard. so it IS thought out you just didn't read it carefully

I posted this this exact same demand about a year ago, 09-09-2003.We need to be able to reject Bank Tips, Date 09-09-2003
Back then there was a bug where you would not always recieve your tips if they were over 5k. A CSR told me to start rejecting tips if they were over 5k. I told them to give us some way to reject tips way back then... like so many other problems in this game, a year has passed, and some problems remain.
