now its time to fly your corellian corvette back to school- why?

here it is why:

master bounty hunter mission payment: 22500c

travel: (round) - 1400 - 6000c and over

droids: around 800c

incom: 15700 -20300

time: 15 - 40 min

average 18000c/28 min (MINUS BUGS - 30% bugged - im optimistic) - 12600/28 min

any class with good pet (factional or no) mission payment: 8000c

2 close to each other mission time: 15 min

average: 32000c/30 min + faction points

got my point ? off you fly then.

BTW could you not forseen way to fool droid and whole misson engine by simply reloging?

/sigh

This looks really cool and if its any indication about what the future "dungeon" adventures are going to look like thanI can't wait for the Star Destroyer one. I havea fewquestions though and maybe you TH or someone else can answer:

1. Can any Reb/Imp do the neutral missions?

2. If not is it possible for a Rebel, such as myself, to tag along with a neutral player who "owns" the mission?

3. Are mixed factioned players allowed to group and do the quest at the same time? Sounds like a dumb question but I have some guildies who have lets say a mixed affiliation with the galaxies main factions and I'd like to be able to do this thing as a PA.

4. Is the reward, such as the weapons and speeder, a looting thing or is it given upon completion of the quest when you return planet side?

5. Lastly, yeah I know too many questions, Will all group members share in the reward if its given upon completion or only the mission taker?

Thanks again, good job on the design. It makes me want to watch 'A New Hope' again to see which is the quickest way to the escape pods because some of those mobs look like tuff sobs'.

Hello TH,

I've been following the development of this dungeon for some time.

Well it seems pretty cool, but I see all the new dungeons are for Uber Hardcore gamers.

Do you intend to implement moderate level dungeons for casual gamers?

The point is all players can't afford the top end : buffs / armors / skills and weapons needed to do those top end missions.

Ty for reading.

Will there be AFK macro'ers camping here as well?

Jedi will be rare and difficult - No
Increased Dev communication - No
CU will balance combat - No
Most of the bugs from launch fixed - No
saintchuck will continue to pay - No

- I supported the CURB, the Devs and the attempt to make SWG a better game and have realized it didn't work so I'm quitting in less than 2 days and won't be tricked into coming back again. Trick me once, shame on you...

I hope there's a new dungeon/quest in the works that is more geared toward solo players.... seems like the emphasis lately is on group group group.

I tried the Corvette again last night and died a good 4 or 5 times(the least of the group) with a group of 3 tkms(one also a master swordsman) and a lower level player combat wise. We never managed to even come close to completing the Corvette.

For those who are thinking that with all those npcs a TKM wouldn't have too much trouble with "dizzy/knockdown". Almost all the enemies on board the ship not only have high kinetic resists, they also almost completely resist dizzy and knockdown. You won't be able to use either on the corvette beyond the first, 5 or 6 npcs or so.

Also many of the "mid level" npcs had 30 to 60k hams, medium armor, high resists, and were shooting me for 1600 damage O.o

As for if imp/reb players can do the neutral Corvette, yes you can(Imperials can not do the rebel Corvette and vice versa though). However, currently, the Corvette always turns you Overt for the duration of your trip up there. I'm unsure if this is intended for the Neutral Corvette or not so this may change. But, as it stands right now, doing a mixed group on the neutral corvette is difficult because with everyone factioned overt, it makes it hard for doctors to heal.

Unless you make the drops schematics that cannot be factory made and require incredibly hard to get components, any and all "uber loot" should be no-drop and no-tradeperiod. Otherwise, you never have rarity for any of this stuff and it WILL be farmed to death by the large PAs and the powergamers.

If you want to keep the crafters "in the loop" and keep the gap between the haves and the have-nots from getting wider, you HAVE to make the stuff truly rare and not farmable in any way.

There are many ways to do it, but please do it.

I would also like to know if you can go through it more then once. Simply because it looks too good to just do it just once or twice. I think a nice way to do it (along with other theme parks) would be if you want to go through them again you could, only after your first time completing it you wouldn't get any rewards. That would avoid farming rewards and still give people a chance to relive their favorite theme parks if they wanted to. I think way too much time and effort has gone into making them to only let players experience them once. It's like only letting people watch each Star Wars movie only once, in my humble opinion anyways.

You can do it as many times as you like, but every time you want to go back you'll have to complete the ground mission again.
