I dont know whats up, I'm at home and the same thing occurs. I tried the F9 thing but it didnt work.... it seems that neither accuracy nor defenses effect the excel file.

What does Final Target Defense say down at the bottom? Left is PvE, right is PVP
Also, what does Acc Damage Interval say?

Final Target Def - 125 (w/o Aura), 325 (w/ Aura)
Acc Damage Interval - -0.16667
Ummm, is that a negative interval there? Did you put your min/max damage in the wrong spaces?
ROFL, sometimes even the smartest of ppl do stupid things! It works now, took like 8 hrs but it works now.... LOL

Is this right??? According to the calculator, defenses dont count.... i know that cant be true, the calculator says that someone with 0 def will get hit the same as someone with 200 def.... Is anyone else having this problem?
Make sure you are looking at the PvP numbers, in PvE, mobs all start with 0 defense, Only thing you can do is put them into the negative by applying states. In the spreadsheet, if you put a value in target defense, it won't do anything except to the PvP damage numbers. That's why the spreadsheet says "See character screen for this value". How are you going to see the character screen for a mob?
NOTE: I don't know if mobs have defense or not, or what the values are for hit/miss calculations. But I do know that for purposes of damage based on defense, they all start with 0 defense no matter what their CL level is.

Thanks for the great guide. But it seems that the speed calculation formula you are using in your excel spread sheet is a bit simplified. Accordint to dev, actual formula is
y = weapon speed
x = player speed mod
y = {- 6.91935E-08x^3 + 3.71633E-05x^2 - 6.75155E-03x +1} *original weapon speed
Is there any specific reason why you didn't use this one?
This is the best post after CU I have seen! Great work. Have been looking for something like this a long time.
How did you find out aboutthese numbers?
