Thread: POST CU Damage Calculator, updated 7/29/05
Hi,
I would love to try out your Excel-sheet, but where can I download it?
Looks like you've been hard at work on this formula. I have to give it a good looking over and compare what I've got so far. I haven't been testing lately though, been too busy grinding my jedi and alt.
As for your spreadsheet, how big is the file size? if it's not too big then I know a free site where you can post it.
And Msnil, it seems SOE has changed the format of the tre files. They now have a client version and a shared version. Pub 18 and 19 are the only ones to have this though so I think they changed the format which swg explorer can't read.
It's looking like stun lowers defense by -10, dizzy by -75, intimidate by -20, still testing blind
Knocked down increases damage by 20%, I tested this on 4 different characters, Basic Attack / KD Basic attack always equaled .8333333 Which is a 20% multiplier. So Original Damage * 1.20 = KD Damage
updated variable modifiers
Still working on the spreadsheet, I guess I can just post a working copy so people can use the basic formulas, those are all pretty much proven now, Only thing I'm adding is States and how they effect your defense and accuracy.

weapons speed=2.5
my speed mods=125 (this is just made up)

First of all, there is no speed cap anymore. There is however, an ideal speed range. the point where getting more speed will not make a difference....well, I guess you can call that a speed cap..lol
As for the speed formula, there is one...but I can't remember what forum it's in.
