Nope, boots and gloves no longer have stats. Nothing can hit you there. This was done to get rid of the armor holes for Wookiees and Trandos.

OK, so there's no need for me to go out and get better boots? Does this also mean my Corsec gloves with pistol accuracy (or speed, I forget which) no longer does anything?

I would have much rather recieved the x-wing holo that the silly, pinkish tinged, storm trooper-esk battle armor that I cannot even use.


If the quests had a timestamp of when they were completed, then they could really narrow down the group of people that didn't get the holo. And like someone else mentioned, it's not like it greatly unbalances a character to have 2 holo's....they are decorative!! So what if a few people end up with an extra one? It is not fair to those that did not recieve the holo, and I had thought that SOE learned from EQ to just forget their so called "vision of how the game should be" and keep the paying customers happy. Guess not, and sadly this thread will fall on deaf ears.


In their defense, I am sure they are alltoo busy over there fixing other bugs to deal with one that doesn't affect game balance

I received mine just fine on the Infinity server today
