i got the x-wing hologram, but i cant see it, some bug - only see base

i know other ppl who didnt get hologram and got a second set of armour instead few days later

I got the armor, but not the holo. Never got a second set either. POSTED ALREADY IN HERE BUT I AM ANGRY AS HECK AND IM NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE

I didn't get the X-Wing holo either but somehow got a 2nd suit of Clone Armor so I am not complaining.

I sent in a complaint to CS, and got a reply saying the devs were aware of the problem and are working on it. They sent out similar messages before we got our armor, so maybe something will actually happen.

I keep seeing X-Wing Holo's everywhere but I still don't have mine!!

Is it more difficult to give out this item than it was to give out a whole set of armor again?

I never got my holo either. Has anyone submitted a ticket on this? If so, what did the csr say?
