As far as I know (only because I have never used this particular option) "I have valuable information for you" is for when you have swtiched factions (quit the Empire and went to the Rebellion or vice versa). You would use this option to sell your remaining faction points for the opposite faction back to the recruiter. If I am wrong, I hope someone will correct me.

Tool quality has absolutely nothing to do with the slices you get.

NOTHING affects slices...absolutely nothing.

I thought about making another post saying I was just kidding, but it's so much more fun this way!

And to concur with what's been said. Nothing effects slicing except for Jedi meditation.

Yeah... you joke, but I was able to team up with a meditating Jedi to get a 37% speed slice on his saber.

Yeah... you joke, but I was able to team up with a meditating Jedi to get a 37% speed slice on his saber.

is that all you got? I had a jedi who was in the old hologrind and had master smuggler for a whole 5 minutes tell me the secret to the 45% weapon slice...

ok, I am a imperial smuggler, I am thinking about going rebel just to get the ARC 170 quest done......

Now, I am -5000 rebel points, if I drop being Imperial can I buy rebel points from the rebel recruiter?
