Special increase the overall decay rate, yes.

I have a question: Do armorsmiths get the same bonuses to armor repairs as weaponsmiths? I know this is kind of off the subject, but I really want to know.

...btw, can you comment on not being able to put an AA into a ubese shirt.

Can you get a figure(5%, 10% etc or whatever it is)of how much better a weaponsmith can repair weapons. Plus can you find out how much skill mods actually help increase the chance of repair. Like does +25 Weapon Repair add 25% or 5% etc? And does the skill mod Repair stack with Weapon Repair?

Something that I have noticed and I have tried to figure it out about the star rating system. I 5 starred your post to see if the rating would change. When I did the rating stayed as 1 star and the vote count went to 2. I have encountered this many times before and I am now confident in saying that if a dev like ThunderHeart 1 stars a post it is permanently 1 starred.


For testing purposes, try to 5 star that post and see what happens.

Hey, good tip. I'm a master smuggler and I had always thought that faster decay was the tradeoff for a slice, but good to know that that isn't so.

As this Tuesday Tip example proofs - there is much interesting and needed info that is still unclear, enigmatic, never explained -
This is important information for many.
but just with REPAIR many things are still left in the dark
-Repair SEAs vs. Weapon Repair SAEs. are they the same? do they work at all?
-while TH says he is unable to tell us what the benefits of Weaponssmith are the DEVs ony recently
introduced a whole repair Branch as an FS skill Branch - how can that be -what does it do???
-influence of Repair Tool Functionality rating

There's is a lot of these things in-game.
Why don'T you tell us? It doesn't always have to be new JTL info (though i would love to know more)
Why does it take so much time for even the little things?
There are many topics that won't spark a public uproar, let them out - i want to know the rules i am playing by.
I am not talking about exact numbers, just basic functionality.

And why do you still promise dates and never, ever keep them - in the current case "starting next monday (6th) we start to post the combat revamp desing documents" it's a week later - nothing.
I don't mind so much, that they aren't there, but that you keep promising and don't deliver.

But as i said above: There's so much old stuff! It would help pass the time (only today i learned that vehicle costumization was extended to 200 calls, what was it before, maybe some player tested and posted, but i can't remember anything official)

You could give us a dozen Breadcrumps everyday without disclosing anything contorversial, it would be so much more interesting to read the boards and play the game.

Not really a tip but anyway
