rasten and i raided a reb city just outside theed the place was huge and we killed all there npc's and blew up there mine fields we where both tka masters at the time .prob six months ago what a blast....

I remember way back in beta3, a buddy and I were wandering around...exploring I guess. Well we came accoross this nice little group of baby rancors. We got all excited and started checking the stats of the babies -- we could take them no problem! So we opened fire. BAD MOVE.
We were roomates at the time, so we would talk out of game as we played, could hear eachothers sounds, etc.
Out of no where we heard loud stomping. My buddy had his machine hooked up to our surround sound so it was quite impressive 
Neither of us could see what was making the noise...then the combat music came on and there they were..... 3 very angry mommy rancors bashing our heads in. My buddy and I screamed like little girls and ran for our lives. We ran as long as we could but in the end we became lunch.

It was by far one of my favorite memories.

Gread thread, this one...
If I had to pick a single moment it would be the first time I donned my Stormtrooper armor. I worked my tail off earning that armor and the satisfaction of wearing it was... Well, it was really cool.
I chose that one because it is a single moment I could point to. The weeks following of people asking how to get the armor and compliments on it was nice too. But probably my overall favorite 'thing' was way back when I first started as a medic working all the way to master Doc. Hanging out in the Bestine hospital talking with people and listening to the sorties behind their wounds. This was before grinding, before mounts and speeders... Hell, it was before anything, really. That was when people played to live in the universe and not achieve some lofty goal. Things were rough (walking EVERYWHERE!) and bugs were numerous. Content was thin... But you know what, the game-- No, the PLAYERS were a lot of fun back then.

My favorite moment was when i unlocked Jedi and the opening sequence musicfor the Star Wars movies poped on, and the padawan robe appeared into my invetory

I have had several good memories....
I remember when i first started on bria i was an artisan and marksman hoping to become a leathal weaponsmith and gunsman...well i was fighting correllian butterflies with my trusty CDEF pistol. Well those buggers got the best of me when i attacked their nest. A red con butterfly, i guess a warrior or something...was slowly coming my way....i closed my eyes hoping my incap time would be reached before my DB.....suddenly i open my eyes to the sound of gun fire and the sound of whacking. A novice tka , novice ch, and novice commando camep up and were cleaning the bugs and i was then healed. I Got up and i was saved by those three wonderful heroes....
I can't remember their names.... but they were heroes.
Another similar incident happened. During my days on sunrunner, i was starting as a marksman on naboo. I kept traveling and killing, until i ran into some maulers. I took them on one by one, but then they swarmed me. I was in for it as i sighed and decided to get a drink.....the most unbelievable thing had happened...
A hooded figure ran up and slashed the maulers up and ran. He was burstrunning i guess....i didn't think jedi were available yet. But this was definently a player. And it was a lightsaber. It seemed like a wookie wearing a garb. I didn't know how to turn my light on, and you know how dark it gets in the forests of naboo. The player ran off without healing me..by the time i got up i tried to talk to him... but it was to no avail. He just ran and ran and escaped out of my sight, since...i wasn't really scout.
but yea, they were good times.

when i first stepped foot into a rebel minefield and having (6) turrets start to light me up, this was of course being unbuffed/unarmored, I just started
laughing so hard as these explosions were going off everywhere...

My single most enjoyable moment of swg has to be back when i first played this game on trial this summer. I was a poor little green rodian artisan who liked to play music on his spare time. My dream at the moment was becoming a DE and i just loved the artisan proffesion. Running around sampling for nice resources, getting agroed by sevorrts, running from sevorrts 
but after a few days of playing i finaly managed to build my very first mineral extractor. The moment that extractor was placed on a good spot of iron my heart was punding with joy. i was one of the big guys now, i had a harvester!

May not sound like much to many, but to me that was the greatest thing in my life at the moment, just watching my personal extractor as it pumped up iron.

Sometimes when I'm feeling down about the game, I shuttle to Dathomir, hop on my bike, and ride to the edge of the map somewhere. Store my bike, take my armor off, no buffs, and pretend to explore the planet like nobody has ever seen that hill....or that stream...or that Nightsister!!! ACKKKKKK! /BURSTRUN! ......what? I'm tired already! She's still chasing me! I'm gonne die! :music stops: Nothing gets your adrenaline running quite like that. Try it sometime!

More good moments:
-Discovering that Stormies helped you with aggo's.
-Donning my decided pair of official clothes.
-Mastering Marksman.
-Taking a spin in my Landspeeder.
-Becoming a Commando and firing the Flamethrowe the very first time at a Wort.
-Using my Probot, Roberto to help me against the together mobs.
-Helping newbies.

I was in Anchorhead back when it was quite a hub of activity, and I got invited to a Krayt hunting party for some guy who was trying to master Squad Leader so he could become a Jedi. Anyway, we all headed on out to Krayt Canyon, stayed there for 3 hours and took down at least 5 krayts. Keep in mind, this was back in the day when taking down even one krayt was quite a feat. Anyway, we did that and got tired of it and we then agreed to go to Fort Tusken. So we ran to Mos Entha, then flew to Espa, then ran to Fort Tusken and spent anothr 3 hours fighting Tuskens.
Had quite a bit of fun that night and I slept well as I was having so much fun that it felt almost as if that was me there on Tatooine instead of my character.

My favorite day was the day I stepped out of the Cantina and my role as a Dancer and picked up a Scout Blaster in August of 2003. Didn't have buffs and had no idea about armor. I went out to kill my first lair of Corellian Butterflies. After ambushing the lair, the 4th butterfly killed me. It was such a challenge all on my own! And I actually died, which was thrilling in itself. Took three tries, but I finally finished the lair and made my first wad of creds from an actual mission termial. Was quite proud

I guess after all grinding, hearing a 'mysterious' music when I get trained master rifleman.. those were the days, after publish 9, I deletedthischar that is given on same serverand swore to that day, but at the moment, it was most enjoyable moment..
