Yea, tar all dabblers with the same brush...... good idea MsNiL...
So how do you explain Avoid Incap being nerfed?
What about Force Run 3?
Dervish?
You saying 'all dabblers are our greatest enemy' is about as mature as saying 'all BHs are griefers'.

MxO comes the closest, but it's very different.Nerfs happen because the players base can't figure out how to deal with a certain skill and rather than adapt and test, they just whine about it here until the devs kill a skill. sap.... ai.... whatever is next. you should be afraid of the children that play this game more than anything else.
Honestly, Master skills arn't that great of a reason to master any more.

Dabblers, vampires, munchkinsand parasites...
They attack your lifesupport and suck it dry. Once it's nerfed they simply move on to another "host", feeding their needs until thoose abilities are nerfed as well.
We have all right to be truly scared of dabblers. All oldtimers know perfectly what it means when someone suddenly start todraindabble in one of your favorite skillines. It's the next skilline to be nerfed. No skillset are healthy enough to survive them... no time in history have a master been compensated for a nerf caused by dabblers...
4000 Enhancer have almost no life left... 4000 healer was a juicebag... 0400 Wielder is almost drained now... 0004 was a snack treat...
What next will the dabblers sink their teeth in... who will be the next pray... 0400 Enhancer? 0040 Defender?
We have all right to fear the dabblers. They are our greatest enemy.
I think if less people spammed the forums with nerf calls for a game they most likely don'teven playthe rest of us wouldn't have to change our templates as much. Continue crying how your master healer template isn't a master defender or that your master enhancer doesn't give you the damage output of master lightsaber.
SWG gives you the freedom to personalize your character and skills.

This is your most idiotic post to date. Dabbling is what makes SWG stand out from the other MMORPG games where you're placed in classes. It's a feature to be able to replace the focus of a mastery with the breadth of a number of different skills in combination. The problems only arise when someone who is a dabbler has the majority of the power/efficiency/effectiveness of a mastery with a fraction of the skill point cost. There are advantages and disadvantages to dabbling. You really simply need to stop playing before you throw yourself out a window or something. This game is clearly not good for yourself.
I wish everything where based on a skillmod that you could not maximize unless you where a master, and all powerful and noteworthy abilities had their masterversion in the masterbox...

The fotm club go over this game as a plague, eating up everything that's remotely useful. The ability to purchase the best power/efficiency/effectiveness for a fraction of the skillpoint cost is everything it takes the destroy all balance there possibly was in the game.
So far I had my forcespeed, drainforce, transferforce, forceheal andforcerun ruined thanks to them... I only ask myself what's next?

You think you've seen nerfing? I was a 4444 Guardian, unless you've taken that fall, you don't know what nerfing is.
If you don't like the fact that people can hybridize templates - WoW is ------> over there - class system FTW. /shrug

There is no FOTM anymore. Your Enhancer was FOTM all the year and not nerfed till CU (or lets say not changed)
I don't really know many Master Defenders or Master Powers Pre-CU, do you know any? It has changed. You have "5" trees now instead of "3" which was also including your template.

I have nothing against you and your posts usually contain something atleast some what useful, but geez. If your temp now sucks due to dabblers (and it's not only dabblers, but if that's what you choose to believe), then switch. It's all you can do. I was always more of a Healing over defense person myself, but you have to move on and adapt to the way SoE wants Jedi to work this week.
I agree that dabblers do get some skills nerf'd but do you just expect them to dual master and let their sp just sit there unused? That would lead to a lot more people going FOTM and a low less 'custom' temps.
There is a great difference between being a jack of all trades, and master of everything that works.

All dabbler's does is to pick up whatever works at the moment, and when it stop to work they move on, never supporting what's broken to be fixed.
Nothing ever gets fixed anyway, why would the bother supporting it? You are new here aren't you?

It's the quick and dirty way to power.
