If this gets big enough, and they can't fix it, that is the least they could do for their lack of direction / documentation.
You sure do have that right. Its the very least they could do 
you know what they should do? take ALL the servers down RIGHT NOW, reboot them and switch over to phase 4, even if it means forcing it to switch over and see what happens with the problem. If it is indeed a problem on all of them, they need to hotfix it TODAY or get it our early tomorrow morning, or by latest, monday morning. This is a major morale and game breaker for many MANY hopeful jedi like me, War, Sweeny, those are just the ones of us who I KNOW need this BADLY to be done. For us to be screwed is not a slap in the face its far WORSE than that. Its ultimate disrespect to us finishing. It really does need to be fixed ASAP.

I will accept either them getting me the quest or unlocking it for me, I just want it unlocked but I am more than willing to do the work required to unlock it.
