Well, what if you unlocked Melee Defense last Phase 4, and need to unlock Ranged Speed in THIS Phase 4 to get your Jedi - you're ready to go, xp is done, BUT THE MISSION CAN'T GET TAKEN to unlock the branch.
This is what several of your fellow Force Sensitive players are stuck with right now with the new Phase 4.
If you take Captain Sarguillo's mission in Phase 4 and choose Ranged Speed, YOU CANNOT UNLOCK Melee Defense ever. Likewise, if you unlock Melee Defense, you CANNOT unlock Ranged Speed ever because the Captain thinks you've already done the mission!!!!
Do YOU enjoy wasting the time it takes to get 3,675,000 Combat xp? Do YOU enjoy having 1,225,000 Force Sensitive xp you can't EVER USE?
Please, show your support in this desperate hour for your fellow Force Sensitive players.
Please send a forum PM to Tiggs, Thunderheart, and JustG, asking them to fix Phase 4's Combat Prowess/Enhanced Reflexes quest on Captain Sarguillo IMMEDIATELY.
You can also post here and ask for the Phase 4 Melee Defense and Ranged Speed issue to get fixed IMMEDIATELY.
We do not deserve to put forth the time and effort it takes to get through the Village, only to get SCREWED by poor coding. This needs to be fixed immediately for several of your fellow Force Sensitive players.
If you could care less, then that's your right. If you're all for a fair and just Force Sensitive process, and want to help make this system work as it's supposed to, please show your support by PM'ing the Devs and posting in the Issues thread.
man we gotta get this going in the customer service board too, at least we will be in a more visual spot for the devs and csr's to see us

phase 4 just came in on chimaera
bugged, cant unlock melee defence as i done ranged speed last phase 4
gonna pm all of them, ive bugged it and i sent a csr ticket saying i want the unlock it provides as ive been a paying customer of 2 accounts now for around 9 months and have busted my àss off getting many many millions of fs xp already pre converted that i cant put into a branch because of poor coding...
its NEEDS FIXED NOW, NOT AFTER THIS PHASE ENDS BUT NOW IN THE CURRENT PHASE !!!!!!

ok 2 things. First I whole heartedly agree. This is bull. If this isn't fixed in a day or MAX 3, that will be the end of my Galaxies account. the ONLY reason I still play this game is because i'm obsessed with Star Wars. It's nothing like star wars at all besides when you look up you see space, and when you look down you see ground. that's it. And there are lightsabers. but in SW there were very few of them. On Bloodfin they're everywhere. Second thing, you guys are partially full of crap. Phase can only change on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. It requires a server reset to change phases, and they only happen on those 3 days (at I believe 6am PST). This is absolute bull though i've delt with problems before but this is enough. I wasn't able to play for 45-50 days because the patch didn't like the config in my computer. The lead of the department said sure he'd give me some time put back on account. That was 4 weeks ago now and nothing has been put on account. I lost 45-50 days because of a faulty patch. FIX IT SONY DON'T MAKE DUMB EXCUSES OR PUT EFFORT INTO SOMETHING IDIOTIC LIKE WOOKIEE LIFE DAY. We don't need more stupid holidays or bonuses or "veteran rewards". We ask that you fix the bugs that are CURRENTLY affecting us. thank you in advance (or if it's not fixed, then no thank you and goodbye)

But, if we aren't in phase four yet....how do we know this is broken?

Great! Get the word out that a lot of us need this fixed up, and ASAP.

LOL...phases can ONLY change on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays? Do you realize how idiotic that right there sounds? Didn't I say once that apparently Valcyn had an unexpected crash and was then into phase 4 when the server came up? It shouldn't though right? According to you no, or maybe the "Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday village code" didn't work as planned. Haha...That gave me a good laugh before bed.

Oh well phase 4 on chimaera & guess what, yup can't do melee defence cause I did ranged speed last phase 4 - sent in a bug report but that veils how gutted i truely feel :-((

ah, but we are NOT jedi, we are FORCE SENSITIVE..IE they didnt give us a correspondent...we have the jedi one..complain to him, because the Devs ignore this board

Exactly, if its an ISSUE, then it will be fixed. The generic mail would have said "WORKING AS INTENDED" so chill, they will fix it.
Well they better had cause Im off to the village this weekend to unlock Ranged Speed, my final unlock.

We know its borked because every single server that has switched over, at least 3 or 4 of them have already, every single one of them are full of users that have complained in this thread, and various other ones on the boards and have the EXACT same problem so far. This is why yesterday myself, and warryyr and sweeny just to name a couple people tried our hardest to tell the devs very nicely hey this is messed up and please fix it. The CSR response at teh beginning was totally unacceptable answer of oh well, better luck next phase. Totally unacceptable. I didnt go out, save 1.225 mil xp for ranged speed just to be told oh well! too bad so sad! No that is unacceptable and they need to fix this as intended.

No we're not jedi officially YET, however many folks like myself, have 1.225 mil xp converted and saved up in our characters, we HAVE TO HAVE this final unlock to make padawan, once we do we're done. completely. For someone to tell us screw you, wait till next phase comes around go and convert 1.225 mil in anothe area is just NOT right. Totally unacceptable. Yes we're force sensitive, but in all aspects, we're READY for our trials to become padawans, so in that essence i would say we are jedi. Just the game bugged is keeping us from becoming officially that now.
