Go rack up 3,675,000 combat xp for no apparent reason, with the understanding you'd then have your Jedi, then get nothing.

Maybe you will appreciate the situation I'm in.

I made the above statements because I know ALL OF US are banking xp. ALL OF US. We all know how time consuming and hard it is.

Now, imagine all the xp of one FULL branch of force sensitive skills being totally useless to you suddenly.

I could care less about less than kind replies. My point is to strike a chord with those of you who are also working your tails off for a Jedi, and not only do I want to get this fixed for MY sake, but when any of you end up in this position, you shouldn't have to deal with it.

If it's not fixed NOW, enjoy the exact same "ranting" the next time this phase comes around.

If i had chosen ranged speed last time and was trying to get melee defense this time, the saved up xp could be used towards survival next phase 1 comes around. HOWEVER, i chose the opposite last time and have ranged speed and have 1 mil 257K total force sensitive pts saved up and need to do the ranged speed to be done with the village. Warr said it exactly right to come and look and have this thing bugged and SUDDENLY have all that XP not availble and have to GO REGRIND 1.225 MIL towards something else. ITS NOT RIGHT. Thats where we're coming from.

last time i checked, we are discussing a serious and important issue. You may not care but i certainly do. I'm sure those others who are in exactly the same boat feel exaclty as i do. I didnt spend 4 1/2 months for nothing you know. and yes a good healthy discussion is always good. If you dont like it, you dont have to read it

Great! Get the word out that a lot of us need this fixed up, and ASAP.

What really sucks is that I SO have other stuff I need to be doing, and not starting a crusade of the forums, but dang it I didn't spend all that time to get all that xp, just to have me, and every other nearly-Jedi totally ignored by the Devs. This is a serious issue, and it's not being treated as such, and THAT needs to change.

Acknowledge the bug, Tiggs - validate the fact that we are live players of your game, who've dedicated a LOT of our time to get a Jedi and our now unfairly gated from doing so.

I don't care HOW you fix it, just tell us you're TRYING to fix it.

I would agree in most cases, and this is not most cases. You have three weeks to complete the quest, and if you don't, well no branch and you have to wait another 18 weeks.

Sorry, if the devs really give a care, then this will be fixed immediately. Action will speak much louder than words. Lack of action speaks volumes.

Were you planning on unlocking your Jedi with Melee Defense, and have all your xp for the branch once it's unlocked? Get that close, then be told you have to unlock another branch in 3 weeks and grind almost 4 million more combat xp.

No, I cannot unlock another branch, as the ONLY remaining FS Combat branch I have left to unlock is Ranged Speed. Hence, my xp is useless unless they fix this.

As for the Devs responding and fixing the bug, don't hold your breath unless enough people get vocal. And that is the explicit purpose of this thread.

I fail to see what the problem is with someone complaining about 3,750,000 useless Combat xp trapped in a FS skill I can't use. I would say this is a very valid thing to be upset about.
