Thread: Guide: From Non-FS to Jedi Padawan v1.6
Just be aware that that info was second hand, I haven't checked it, and it doesn't feel right to be honest, as Squad Leader xp is easy to obtain I am told. I will confirm it at a later date, but don't start celebrating yet!

two things you should add -
1: If you have free branches ONLY train one at a time!!!! (open - train - then open next one - train again)
2: Crafting experimentation - it does not give you extra experiment points - it will "only" raise your chances to get amazing successes
I got 4 unlocks, no one would help so I did everything on my own, since I picked all 4 at once I had no idea who to talk to for training and when I did find out, I went a trained all 4 trees, with no problems.

I hope the Devs will atleast consider letting people drop one FS branch for another after they become Initiates or higher. I'm not talking about avoid taking them, just substitute one for the other.
I really tried to find the quote I hate to just make a statement without the Dev or appropriate quote but the Jedi FAQs have been updated and the info was in there, but here it goes and perhaps someone can add a link to the Dev comment.
The FS skills are limited to a Jedi in useage as there are higher skills that will overwrite the FS skills, for instance melee and ranged protections are overwritten pretty fast when gaining defense or saber skills. Of course these would be useful to someone not gaining any rank in Jedi or creating a hybrid Jedi with Non Jedi skills that didnt overwrite the FS skills. Hope this is helpful.

Post what skills you want to attain from the list on page 4, and I will tell you what you're going to have to do, it'll make a good example to use for other peoples benefit.

yeah, I'm going to go jedi, but according to this guide, if you pick skills in the right order depending on how many unlocks you have you can shorten the time its takes, I'm worried now, I thought maybe I'd be able to finish them in less time
