It is very obvious that this system is not set on a seconds timer as the CS reps have claimed. When there were server resets on a daily basis the village went to phase like clock work every 22 days. Now that the daily resets have been eliminated the village is now 2 days past due. Don't hand me that garbage about the server being down for 6 hours here and there because it does not equal why the servers are over due for shift.
4. And this is to the CS rep ..(you know who you are) who said "Jedi knows patience." Jedi also knows when he or she sees incompetence. What a bunch of crap! We pay you to provide a service. What is so hard for you to understand about this? Some of us have RL activities going on and we work around what you tell us because thanks to the Devs instead of building real Jedi content the player could do at his or her own pacethey coped out and put the person going through the village on some stupid time table.
Am I am angry with youguys? You bet. You have taken a wonderful Space Opera and driven it straight into the ground with poor planning and terrible customer service. Good job! I think a cable service would get better customer service marks than SOE would get over the handling of SWG.

Can I have your stuff when you quit? Why does it seem like the world is coming to an end every three weeks? The phase will change, it always does.

Look I pay for my service I have a right to say it like it is. The point is SOE should be honest and upfront with it's customer base but it is not and that is a major reason many players have left. Now if you don't mind being lied to that is your problem.
And no...you can't have my stuff because a troll would not fit in my clothes.

I always get amused when people get bent out of shape when the village doesn't shift when they expect it to. You'd think the world is comin' to a end or something.

Get over it all you whiny babies. I dont have mine yet but I still have 12 more combat caps to go for the boxes I need. None of you whiners deserve to be jedi (unless you all are turning to the dark side). the dark side is quicker more seductive. Wow I think I have heard that before some where.

If anyone was still having doubts about the necessity of a server reset I think the fact that we still aren't seeing shifts today is a pretty good indication.
Have a little patience, none of the devs promised exactly 21 day shifts, there have been no lies/betrayals/malicious acts. JustG stated from the beginning that a server reset was required. The couple days that you have to wait is not going to impact you that much.
