No phase change yet. Well gotta get back to other things than worrying about it.

Bodeco: Ever considered decaf? Holy crap, the phase will shift when it shifts and all of your limbs will still be in tact.Ease up on the melodrama

Have you ever considered minding your own business? I pay for this game and have a right to have my say about the matter. My initial post was not a personal attack on any of you so cram it pal.

I did like the fact that we used to have server resets everyday. I don't know why they decided to stop doing that. I think it makes sense to have a server reset every day, or at least on a regular basis, maybe twice a week or something, but to stop ALL scheduled server resets? Theres gotta be a happy medium somewhere.
And I'm not whining about phase shift. I too have finally completed my fs training, and all I'm waitin for is phase 2. It would so rock if I get a visit from the old man before x-mas, but as I'm on shadowfire, one of the last galaxies to shift usually, I doubt that's gonna happen. But I have lots of patience so I'm not too worried. I could have done my exit quest back in phase 4 (had 2 free unlocks) but I decided to wait to get a certain skill I wanted in phase 2.
I've waited this long, a few more days (gasp!) isn't going to hurt... too much The suspense is killin me tho.

They did it to cut costs. The servers still need to be reset every day. Right now there has been a Shuttleport outside Cnet that you can shuttle into but you can not see to shuttle back out of. and that has been that way for about a week now. There are other oddities as well but the SOE team would like you all to be convinced the servers are stable now. Hmmmmm.
I think it is more like revenue has dropped and SWG is on life support.

usually cutbacks dont include adding 20 new jobs and dumping money into the game for more productivity. Its the holidays, they deserve some time off too.

Ulitmatly if people do not populate the servers...meaning subscriptions pick up....you can throw money at it all you want. But eventually that will not be enough. And this is a customer service oriented business. They should only expect to get the day of Christmas off and New Years like any other business dependent on customer service. A successful venture can not screw that upand expect it's product to last long.
BTW I have seen plenty of business ventures go under just shortlyafterthe company makes a last ditch effort to save something like hire new people and dump investor money into something hoping the trend turns around. Believe me...I don't want this to happen to this game. It has so much potential it is a shame the populations have dropped. But only time will tell if things will turn around.

Ifanyone was still having doubts about the necessity of a server reset I think the fact that we still aren't seeing shifts today is a pretty good indication.
Have a little patience, none of the devs promised exactly 21 day shifts, there have been no lies/betrayals/malicious acts. JustG stated from the beginning that a server reset was required. The couple days that you have to wait is not going to impact you that much
=================================================================================================
Then if no one is lying then why is one CS rep saying that it is set to a seconds counter? Hmmmmm. Perhaps they are not communicating very well with eachother within SOE?
It is not the fact it has not shifted that I am bothered by. It is the over all decline in customer service and the no shift is just one indicator of a larger problem that is present. I read over at MMORPG.COM many comments and one in particular paints those still here in denial. I wonder is that true?

I pay for this game too, and if I want to call you out on your irritating stupidity I will!
Main entry: cram
1 : to pack tight : JAM <cram a suitcase with clothes>
2 a : to fill with food to satiety : STUFF b : to eat voraciously : BOLT <the child crams her food>
3 : to thrust in or as if in a rough or forceful manner <crammed the letters into his pocket>

Get over it all you whiny babies. I dont have mine yet but I still have 12 more combat caps to go for the boxes I need. None of you whiners deserve to be jedi (unless you all are turning to the dark side). the dark side is quicker more seductive. Wow I think I have heard that before some where.
First of all, i was not whining at all just stating that at this point i don't care when it is because i won't be able to play now. Secondly if all you were doing was waiting on the phase to change, you would have a different view, sure another day isn't bad but still, you have no idea since your not waiting on the phase change. btw I am going to be a dark jedi.

"I cannot teach him...he is to old...to old to begin the training...adventure...pfff....excitement...pfff....a jedi craves not these things"
Everyone who is in a "rush" to get there jedi, I implore you to stop, take a breath, relax, and and go enjoy the dunes of Tatooine. Go far far away from any civilization, watch the sunset, and have a cup of tea. Cuz once you have that jedi, everything changes...some for the better, some for the worse...but one thing is certain, your relaxtion factor goes way down, and your grind grind grind mentality goes way up. And for what purpose?....so that one day you could do exactly what your doing today....sit back, relax, and enjoy thedunes of Tatooine.
