23days for Farstar.. ok, 1/2 of day for maintenance... but 22 days
may be SOE finally forgot about phases?

Intrepid is STILL phase one.
Time for rant. TiggsI hope you read this because this is part of the reason SWG is losing customers.
1. The number one rule about customer service: DON'T JACK YOUR CUSTOMERS AROUND AND LIE TO THEM.
2. You will lose your customers if you bore them to death.
3. The debate over when the village phases is an SOE failure to communicate clearly to it's customer base.
It is very obvious that this system is not set on a seconds timer as the CS reps have claimed. When there were server resets on a daily basis the village went to phase like clock work every 22 days. Now that the daily resets have been eliminated the village is now 2 days past due. Don't hand me that garbage about the server being down for 6 hours here and there because it does not equal why the servers are over due for shift.
4. And this is to the CS rep ..(you know who you are) who said "Jedi knows patience." Jedi also knows when he or she sees incompetence. What a bunch of crap! We pay you to provide a service. What is so hard for you to understand about this? Some of us have RL activities going on and we work around what you tell us because thanks to the Devs instead of building real Jedi content the player could do at his or her own pacethey coped out and put the person going through the village on some stupid time table.
Am I am angry with youguys? You bet. You have taken a wonderful Space Opera and driven it straight into the ground with poor planning and terrible customer service. Good job! I think a cable service would get better customer service marks than SOE would get over the handling of SWG.
