Great Guide! I Really do like how you only "unlock" the branches and then grinding...
We cant escape the grind in the game, but doint quests and getting xp along the way, and then grinding is prolly the best way...
Also, having Hologrinders...just "unlocking" the branch is the best way, as we will NOT see ppl who did alot of holo profs, getting whole branches and getting jedi in a very short time...
As well, I am REALLY hoping that when you get Jedi (the 24 skills) you can progress on your main character and unlock a new slot....and make that your jedi (or have 2 Jedis or make your main back as what it was)
This is the best step in the right direction totally, as alot of us want jedi, but we dont want to have to change around our templates or characters....

About the survey quest, give the ore to someone doing Q's crafting quest. DO NOT give it to Eozlin like I did. He took it from me and now it's gone.

there do seem to be perks to working together folks, try to group up and see if things turn out different.

Update on mastery, I was able to get the Old man to meet me without mastering 'any' profession I did get 0,0,4,4 ArmorSmith and had 187 points left to spend.

Phase 1:
Rescue imprisoned villagers.
- Investigate waypoint
- search area for sith ( you will find a little encampment with 2 sith and a prisoner in it)
- talk with prisoner
- escort prisoner back to village
You have to do this 5 times.
you unlock the survival branch, and i think i got a aurilian sculpture piece as a reward. (although i may of looted it)

Fantastic guide....!
It is a shame that the server isnt up long enough to complete the quests, hopefully it is gonna get better so we can give it a proper testing which it really needs
A polite request to anyone getting a pet out that sits ontop of the NPC's.....dont do it you are spoiling it for eveyone else

Figured I'd mension that the rescue imprisoned villager missions in phase 1 are given by whip who stands by the entrance south of the elder.

Phase 2
Seach and Destroy
Giver: Deegrins (sp?) west of the elder between 2 hutts
Task: 8 parts each involving destroying a group of sith around their camp. Part 8 has a sith task master as the final target. Sometimes you won't get a waypoitn to direct you but will have to use a radiation counter that is added to your datapad to track the sith down. Follow a positive delta value to locate the camp.
FS Branch Reward: Combat Prowess: Melee speed
Item Reward: I got a durable lathe: melee weapon powerup - +30.000002% speed

right. That is correct.
To the time : yes, they rebooted the server at least 1 time a day. But JustG posted that they will stop at phase 1 now until all bugs are fixed with it.
