I took this quest because I believed it to be one of the crafting ones.

Indeed the first 4 sections required were craftable.

Are you =really= telling that in order to complete a crafting quest I have to go and kill things???

Please no.......

  • Noldan is currently at 5251 -4225 on TC2. He is on the left side of the large entrance gate as you are walking in, on the other side of the fence. Whip will be on your right.

I just have to point out how sad it was to see 300+ people driving around on speeders just to check off waypoints one by one.

This is going to make the cities of the world more vacant than the holo's did.

    P.S.

It took over 3 hours before one of those sith dudes showed up for me.

What a waste of my time.

Could someone please post the exact waypoints for the people in the village? I got lost looking for the captain among 300 players and 100 vehicles.

Try /target (NPCName) it seems easier then using a waypoint, but you have to be in the village.

    A couple of clarifications:

The two sith who come to steal your forcecrystal drop "A waypoint datapad"

When you use that to the camp waypoint those sith drop "A mysterious disk"

Logging off for 10 min or so has always triggered the next event for me when I'd log in next.

I can confirm you need a mastery of an advanced profession to get the Old man to show up. I did get him upon having just MWS and 144 points still, but did not as a master artisan.

Just wanted to say nice job! Even though it looks like i'll have at least 3 more months of work to do just to get a jedi, i think this system relates more to a realistic feel too it, then just endless grinding of different proffesions.

Ok something to add I believe this must be phase 1, when the village is in ruins

    Quest Giver: Captain Sarguillos
Task: You must Patrol certain waypoints around the villgae all within about 1200m. When you circuit them after passing through one just proceed to the next. Unless you get a system message. Something like "You hear footsteps" "You Feel you are no longer alone" or even "A Big Group!" If this happens you have to kill all the sith pirates that spawn. Then proceed, if you do not the mission is failed. There are 10 phases of this task during the first phase all the waypoints will be Waypoint 1 of 10. After completing that one they will be 2 of 10. etc. Unfortunately it seems you only complete it fully when you go through all the waypoints without meeting a sith. If you have met a sith and killed them you basically begin anew. If you dont kill the sith it tells you the mission was not a success. So you may have to do the circuit anywhere from 1 to 5 times to geta circuit with no Messages like above. There may be sith at your waypoint, but dont bother with them unless you get the message above other people will have the same coordinates as you and it will be kill stealing to kill the sith not associated with your mission.
