Thread: How do you become a jedi?
Yes, yes, it can be quite hard to become a jedi. There is another way, you must first go to a low-rate college, get a degree in computer programming and send a resume to SOE. If you get a interview and make it in you will be awarded with a jedi and ability to nerf any professions you want. Your job is basically to open thegames files and screw around with the character codes and save it and send it out to the public calling it a "balance". This will surely please thepublic.![]()
Quick question: After you master a profession, can you drop it to pursue other holocron professions? Or do you have to have Masters in 5 different professions at the same time?

youcant master that many at a time, once you master it, you drop it and move on.
I hope this isn't a serious post. But anyways, I'm bored.. so I will explain what everyone else knows. When you first created your character/account the game randomly picked 5 professions out of the 33 total professions. If you happen to master all 5 of those professions while playing this game, you have a high likelyhood of opening your force sensitive slot/account. You will start as a padawan I believe and can work your way up to jedi master/dark jedi master in the end. Playing as ajedi is suppose to be the most difficult task of the game. With that said, I think you should have some fun with the game first. Like doing some professions that would seem fun for you, then worry about becoming jedi, but that is up to you. You can use holocrons to help you on the way to opening your force sensitive slot. Each holo will tell you what profession to master(up to 4 holos, then silent) The 5th profession you will need will have to be chosen by yourself with no help. Good luck.

I have been out of circulation for the last 3 months. I hear that there are Jedi now. How do you become a Jedi? And how do you get these holocrons? One just appeared in my inventory yesterday, and it said master weaponsmith. Do I master weaponsmith and get another holocron? If so, how many times will I have to do this? Somebody please enlighten me.
Like I said, I've been out of commission (overseas) for the last few months.
because i am assuming you're military, i wont flame or tell you to go read elsewhere.

anyways, on holocrons, they reveal to you a maximum of 4 professions to master in order to obtain your fscs. there is a 5th hidden profession call the silent profession(because your holocrons will tell you nothing and be silent at this point) then its down to mastering random professions.
so master the profession your holocron told you, dont waste another holocron until you have mastered said profession(if you use two before mastering what the first said, the 2nd will simply repeat the first one and poof)
the holos in your inventory are life day gifts from SOE
