No, im not confused...the captain can give either MeleeDefense/Range Spd upon completion of his quest, which funny enough are the same thing no matter which skill you chose.
Yup Scooter is right. Last time around you talk to another NPC who tells u to talk to capt sarguillo. Well, when u report to the Capt, he gives u the option of either melee defense or ranged speed. For me this time around i should have to talk to Capt to do ranged speed. I havent tested it out yet on Tempest server, but i assure you there are folks who DEPEND on this phase to finish, and I will stick up for them as much as possible. Those who has enough xp saved up by grinding or need this critical phase to be finished will agree with me to the fullest. They KNOW exactly where i'm coming from. Trust me, you get this far, and get told theres nothing we can do, is the WRONG answer.

Seriously though, I HIGHLY suggest all of us affected even in the littlest ways, from unlocking just to train or those LIKE ME, who DEPEND ENTIRELY upon this skill to start paddy trials to /bug EVERY single day and respond to tiggs in this thread here and let her know how upset we are and for her team to get on the rest of the DEV's to fix this ASAP. People like me and many others will literally BEG you to do this, not only for us, but for you as well!!! We'll do the same!!!

Every minute I don't hear for a fix on this, I'm submitting a /bug report. Every freaking minute, to account for every stupid minute I spent banking xp for their broken system.
