My phase 4 was bugged. I couldnt even accept the quest from sarguillo, Al he said was that i had to much on my plate already ! This was to be my 5th unlock.
I had a CSR with me in the village, but he couldnt do a damn thing.???? So i just left it at that, and waited out for the next phase
And now its phase 1 on gorath, and i am all happy.Had plans to unlock survival, so i go and talk to whip. But then i gert the answer "hi imype. i hear u are a good help, keep up the good work" (or something like that). The other villagers said the same, except sarguillo, he said that all patrols are filled, and that i should talk to other villagers and see if they needed help!!!(had already done this quest, so not a surprise)
So what do i do now, were i unlucky to have a useless CSR with me in the village or is my toon superbugged???
Also got some unfinished quest in on kashyyyk

Whip: Phase 1 Survival tells me im busy when I am not, also the 6th branch to unlocked all xp banked. (4hrs on ticket so far)
Also had same bug on Captain: Phase 4 Melee Def (14 days, 6 tickets before unlock granted by CSR)
Hmm seems to have the same problem, just that your CSR did help u :-(( in phase 4
Had things gone as planed this were to be my last unlock

Same problem here whip tells me im busy, but I am not.

Your comment is a bit "DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMM." A little much. I know its SOE, but it will get fixed, and people will get Jedi (much to my dismay). You just can't expect a fix in one day. Not with this bangup company. If that is what you are looking for, I recommend (and not in a snotty way at all, I'm being serious) you do cancel your game. You just can't trust this company to do it the right way. You really can't.
Why am I still here? Cause I accepted that fact.

Also have Quharek's crafting task. All the items in the hut that are supposed to be used for the quest are bugged.

CSR responded and found my problem fast. He said he could see in my log where I accepted a phase 4 quest, but nowhere in the log did the mission end even though my branch was unlocked. He just fixed the log I guess and I can talk to Whip now.

Completed Phase 1 today seen some ppl who could not though. i am done with village and now wiating for he old man

Phase IV and complete ranged speed mission. Of course its bugged and can't train. 4 tickets and a week later I get response. I get it unlocked and train. It wasn't unlocked until phase one, and before or after unlock I could not take any phase one missions, so I am on day 3 of newticket, waiting for response. Also it seems that everyone having a problem needed phase one for sixth branch including me.
