I completed Phase 4 with the captain and no issues; however, travelled to the village to speak with Whip and low and behold, I am bugged. Of course this is my sixth unlock and I have not been bugged before. Submitted a ticket very early into Phase 1. It has been 53 hours now and no response. My ticket number is 3675750. Just wondering if this will get fixed anytime soon. Would be nice to know where the CSRs are in answering tickets.

Hey TerasKmaster, they answered my ticket 3678585 :/, told me I had it under wrong category.

I have sent in multiple bug reports. Still no word on the ticket yet. However, I was told this eveningin online chat from a CSR that the CSRs are not addressing Phase 1 issues at the moment??He said just check the forums. I was told earlier that the average waiting time at the moment for tickets is 5 days? Don't really know what to say about that.

Same here. SOE's doing an abyssmal job with both testing and issue response. Doesn't seem like a good business decision to me, but who knows, they've gotten away with this for so long now...

Same bug here. Phase 1: Whip. He tells me I'm to busy and to move along. Filed a ticket and a bug report 3 days ago. No response yet. Last unlock for me, number six and I have all the FSXP banked. I have the ER mission for phase 2 completed, so if nothing is done, I'm screwed. Another 6 weeks.

I've tried talking to 2 diiferent CSR's in live chat and neither will respond to me. Semms to me, nothing is going to be done.

Can i just point out aswell, this pains me to say it but, if phase 4 was bugged for random people, now phase 1 is bugged for random people, what is to say phase 2 wont be bugged for random people. Then a continous cycle, this sure is one way to keep the jedi population getting bigger, or its a geniue bug which hopefully gets fixed.

Ok, I didn't read the whole thread, but this post caught my eye.

The CSR unlock has nothing to do with it. I'm betting it's tied in with the respec problem

Everyone I've talked to who gets told they look to busy, also has the bug of the never-ending respec.

What I want to know, is there anyone who's getting told they're too busy *WITHOUT* the perma-respec bug?

2nd question.
Those who are bugged with a perma-respec, did you at any stage click the 'never' button?

You may be onto something there, me and another guy both cant get any phase 1 quests and are stuck in perma respec.

My respec ended normally and I got my badges and I still have a bugged phase one. I did have to have CSR manualy unlock my phase IV.

I can confirm that I am in perma-respec and I too cannot accept any phase 1 village missions. I was able to accept my mission in phase 4, hovever, I started and finished the quest before my respec time ended.
