It's not RotW. I have a feeling it is because of the Phase IV bugs. I'm thinkin since a CSR manually unlocks the tree if messes up the quest. So you don't fail it when the new phase shifts and it still thinks you have a quest. Just a thought. I know its not RotW though.

I know some people have this problem and also had issuesunlockingduring phase 4. I also have this problem but did not have any problems unlocking -- I didn't need a CSR. It's just snafu. Day two: Still waiting for a responce on my ticket.

well my ranged speed is bugged i killed all the sith tried talking so sgt he tells me im busy with other quest submitted a ticket i dont have ROTW

mines bugged, all my villagers i try to get stop moving when they see a hill, they wont budge at all, proven in 4 consecutive cases, ic ould have done this mission by now sheesh, submitted a ticket but will prob only get a generic response...unless im lucky and get a good csr

I to have a bug quest.

Whips quest... lol did 4 of them without a problem... then.. on the 5th one, only 900m away fromt he village (lol i knew it was to good to be true) my quest dosnt spawn...

I've logged in, Logged out. Went to the village, came back. Waited.... and waited.. lol

Then sent in a bug ticket...

Dunno what else to do.

phase 1 crafting

You cant use the recursive analyser or the calibrator. I have ticketted it but no responce yet

I have bugs with the crafting quest in phase 1

i can't access any of the items in the chief engineers house, they al say "You Cannot See That Object. You May Have To Move Closer To It"

well smell me, i can't get any closer, i'm even breaking thelaws of physics by standing in it

Yeah i get exactly the same message, just sent in a ticket hopeing for some help from a CSR

I completed the phase 4 quest for getting the bacta tank ( I had none that phase I could do so did it for the reward ), my quest log shows it completed, and I have no active FS quests in my jurnal. I have been waiting forever to unlock survival as my 6th unlock, and today on Ahazi the phase shifted. Ran right out there as soon as the server came up, and lo and behold Whip keeps telling me " Oh I see your busy doing something for someone else "

So I go to chat, CSRSpencerS tells me to log out for 10 minutes. Oh yeah like that going to help. In no CSR and I know that wont help. Whatever I do it, and of course it doesnt help. So Naturally I get the " please file a ticket in game ".

Joy. So Now I have 1,250,000 FS reflex XP banked, I need this one more quest to get my 6th branch , and Whip wont talk to me and no one will help me.

Im not a whiner, look at my prevous posts. I hardlly post at all. . . but Im pretty sure this is going to cuase me to quit the game. Not to sound like Im 6 years old again or something, but its not fair. 2+ years in this game ( a DAY ONE and beta tester ), and I get hualted after all my hard work becuase of a bug no one will tell me is actually there.

Just a warning I guess to anyone who did ANYTHING in phase 4 . . your never going to get Jedi.

Same problem here whip tells me im busy, but I am not.

All xp banked and this is my last unlock I hope like hell they get this fixed.

Whip: Phase 1Survival tells me im busy when I am not, also the 6th branch to unlocked all xp banked. (3 days on ticket, 1 reply saying wait for server reset - done this before and never works. Left ticket open - no one else responding too it.)

Also had same bug on Captain: Phase 4 Melee Def (14 days, 6 tickets before unlock granted by CSR)

Frankly im sick of it, I am fed up with all the bugs (I seem to get most of em for some reason) - I for one still have never received my clone armour and apparently they are doing nothing more about it while others who got it in the first place recieved duplicate sets.

2 more days and thats it. I won't be coming back.

It's real shame because it's a very good game. But the customer service is the worst in the world. Never have I encounted such blatant disregard for customers, those who heard the Fanfest radio know what I am talking about as well.

I can't honestly continue to pay money to the company who treats me this way.
