Personally I don't like the noobs making a toon and then instanly going fs. But hey, I find a master dancer, musican, entertainer toon spaming "can someone tell me how to do a Vet so I can be glowy?" lol. But don't they get that i's alot easyier to become fs if your a ful temp? geezs!

The only thing I could see that maybe needs changing about getting glowy is that perhaps you shouldnt be able to get it until you are lvl 80. The only reason I think this is because the village is way to hard to get through until you reach that lvl.
However the thing that I dont understand is why people that have already completed Jedi are so concerned with the people that are doing it now. If you think its not hard enough then ask yourself why you grinded it out so fast? Doesnt seem it would be worth your time. I think people just want it to be easy for themselves and hard for the people that come after them, a completely unfair scenerio. Everyone who pays the money to play this game should be allowed to enjoy it in the way that they see fit. If that means everyone gets to play as a Jedi then so be it. Lets be realistic here people after youve taken your template to lvl 80 there isnt much content left for you aside from doing things like the corvette and DWB, and after that? Going for Jedi. If you want to stop people from going for Jedi, dont make it harder, people will still do it. Instead give them more content to do with their current character and have some other way to open a second slot.

few probs with the lvl 80 idea:

some pvp temps range from lvl 72 and up. some temps are lvl 78. also, you need to think about the crafters. good crafters are probably not noobs, and have been around for some time.

I Agree 100%,The Devs need to make it take alot longer to get glowy so it actually means something.Atm,any noob with a few content badges and a week can pull it off without a hitch.

You know there are a lot of peevish, selfish tosspots out there. Just because some of you lot don't even work and play this game 16-18 hours a day, and have done so for 2 years or more does not mean you can dictate what new players can and cannot do. I couldn't give a monkeys bollock if new players made fs in a day or not. I'd welcome new players over people who log toons in and out of spawn points for Uber loot, macro grind and exploit the game to death.

No one bought this game to become a frikkin belly dancer, a Lion tamer or a Deliah Smith Wannabe so get off their backs. If they don't want to grind these ridiculous waste of time profs thenwhy the hell should they? Because youhad to in the, "Good Old Days"? The early pointless holo grind and difficult way of becoming glowy was ridiculous and saw off a lot of people who were good for the game. To make FS as difficult would be a Joke and would rid the game of new blood that is sorely needed.

Just because these people become Jedi quickly does not mean they are spoiling the game. The long and short of it is that you moaners feel threatened because you spent your worthless existence grinding 23 profs (maybe more).

Btw if you moaners leave the game can I have your stuff?

Oh and don't let the door hit your arse on the way out.

AnzelVincir you are a retard with no balls to actually spell out what you want to say. There is point wasting another response on an obviously spineless person such as yourself.

Piffle. My master archy ass does pretty well getting out there....

I'd rather see a requirement for a master elite profession held for perhaps 2 months, instead of simply getting any old profession...

Why do people pay to play a MMORPG but not want to interact with other people?
Why, SOELA, why? Did the entire management join a cult, and at the same time perform home lobotomies?
It takes less time to look at the stickies than to ask a question and wait for sarcastic replies. So please oh PLEASE ask the same question many times. I enjoy the sarcastic remarks.

I also gree that the road to getting glowy so you can go to the village should take more stuff. I don't think they should alter the weight of any of the badges, they should just adjust each phase of getting glowy so they require more points. I also think that there should be some sort of mininum time in game before you're even eligable for the village. 3 months ? 6 Months ? 3 to 6 months of actually playing the game and enjoying everything thats there before taking the long road to Jedi shouldn't be too much to ask.

As far as minimum lvl of player goes. I don't think there should be one or else crafters would never beable to be Jedi. But also , group leaders should use common sense when it comes to bringing people into a group when it comes to having to fight waves of 74+ lvl sith hehe. If you feel the person is too low and will just be getting incapped all the time, then it's probably not a good idea to bring them into the group.

I think that you have to play for over 6 months just to even see the old man.

Then 3-4 days for sith attack

1 day to get camp waypoint

1 week to get village waypoint decoded

then 1 mission every week

Phase change every 2 weeks (instead of 3)

And once you are done with the village and 24 sp then old man revisits for mellichae

And then you begin the path towards jedi.
