both myself and a fellow guildie got bugged with the captains phase 4 quest yesterday. my guildie submitted a ticket and a csr came in-game to him within 5 mins and sorted his problem.

i finished my quest about 2 hours later, got the same bug. submitted a ticket and had a csr come in-game in about 10 mins. This was at luchtime (GMT), so if you submit a ticket its worth waiting around for 10-15 mins rather than logging

yeah same and if I file them under I'm stuck they send an auto response saying I'm stuck is the incorrect category.

Yup they did the same... However I finally got it unlocked a day later.

I tried the "i'm stuck" too. Got the response that it was the wrong category. Refiled, still no fix....

Why can they not just move it into the right category?

A quick question a csr fixed mine yesterday. When I went to nolan and he listed the skills I can train in, I still cant train in enhanced reflex novice.

Also captain sargilio still gives me the message about go back out, and I’m the right man for the job, rubbish he gives you when you are bugged.

So am I right in saying that as soon as the csr unlock your toon and you can chat to Nolan this should have unlocked enhanced reflex novice?
