Force Sensitive Archive

Well, i finished the quest the same day phase 4 began on corbantis and the first 2 tickets i submited where answered while i was off line, they said i need to be in game for they to help me. filed another ticket under i am stuck but they said they could not help me and to make another ticket. As of today i still cant unlock my phase 4.
