HA...realistic to WHAT? Its a videogame, made after aFICTION movie. Since when have movies been realistic? And whats more, since when have video games been realistic? Die and get cloned...die and get cloned....die and get revived...

My point is, i am paying 12 a month. I am playing 2-3 hours a day now, and i sure as HELL deserve to get jedi soon. HARK, im paying the same amount as all the jedi out there! I just happen to have a LIFE andPLAY less, not PAYless, because i have school and a social life.

So does having school every day and having a social life just automatically disqualify me for jedi?? Thats ludicrous...

The system needs to be revised so it is neglegent of how much time spent, but skill level and personnal character power is the judge.

I spent all this time getting to level 80 and getting a kickass template, then just as i get it the 30-1 comes out. God damn it....thats LAME.

I have just started the FS grind and am already friggen bored stiff with SWG. My Melee Accuracy barhas a sliver.

JEDI SHOULD NOT BE RESTRICTED TO ONLY PEOPLE WHO HAVE TIME.

This is a video game. This is not my life, and it never will be. I deserve it just as much as people who play 24/7. But they get it because they PLAY more...for the record, that isnt something to be proud of.

I demand a revise...

Jedi is not restricted to powergrinders. I am a casual player, a professional who needs to spend more time working that just 9-5. I have a life outside of the digital box, a family, small children, a mortgage, obligations. You already play more than I am able to.And my character is aJedi.

It will take you a longer period of time to get to where you want to be, but you*will* get there-- and I hate to say it, but it's been said before, if you think FS is long wait until the Jedi grind. And the grind isn't the worst part, yanno. When your guildies say "let's go kill Nightsisters for loot" or "come help during Phase 4"you have to say "No,NPC's give me visibilty, sorry". When you guildies say "come help on Kashyyyk" or "let's go hunt Krayts" you have to say "No, sorry, I've had to drop my non-Jedi elite combat skills but I don't yet have any high-level Jedi skills, so my CL54 Jedi would be killed by a nuna". You have to keep saying "when my template is done, I can have fun again." You have to keep telling your friends the same thing. It sucks so bad some days.

If you want it, you can have it. Posting these BS impatient"I want it all and I want it now" threads isn't going to get you closer to your goal. It just stirs up resentment and impatience in everyone else reading it. It's not about who deserves it. The grind is what it is. Today, you do what you must to attain your goalbecause there is no other way.

If you want it you can have it. You just have to "keep your eyes on the prize".

umm NO, i am NOT going to stop bitching, because this is outrageous. Then quit... and stop crying about it!

And, what if i dont play as much, it doesnt mean i dont have as much experience dumbass. ALL YOU DO IS SIT IN FRONT OF YOUR COMPUTER AND CLICK BUTTONS FOR HOURS A DAY. EXPERIENCE MY ASS. THAT IS NOT "WORK". I never said you were not an experienced player. That makes absolutely NO difference what-so-ever. The difference is how much TIME you put into playing the game. And just for your information I too am a casual gamer. I have spent the last 6 months going for Jedi. Sure... it's taken a lot of time... and I don't have a lot to give per week.. but I am almost done (1 last unlock with all the exp ground out ) . And don't start accusing people of not having a life if they play this game as much as some powergamers might. Their life priorities are different then yours and you have no right to judge them. The reason you are upset is because you are impatient. Period. You are upset because you can't have it now now NOW!! Obviously you have a ways to mature... and I'm glad you're not a Jedi yet to be honest. Jedi is a powerful character... you can't even handle your temper tantrums.. there is no way you should be weilding a Jedi. IMO of course

Now capturing the commander, THAT was experience for me. Not killing deweys 24/7.

and yes i play 20 hours a week. Im 15. I wont even be ABLE to do 20 with school.

Want proof? No! We don't give a flying sh!t who you are... obviously you are not very mature, "jdawg"

AMEN!! Preach it brutha!

There is a real easy way to get Jedi, PLAY KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC!!! This is Stars Wars Galaxies, not JEDI LAND!!!

Jedi are supposed to be extremly few in number if you follow the storyline. Force Sensitive people would be around, but Jedi should be more rare than being hit by lightining!!!

i go to school, have football practice, and a social life, jedi took me 1 year to achieve, i cant say you should wait that long because i had to...but if thats what it takes, thats what it takes you know? im sorry that is a god-awfully long time...

but even though people like us can't play all of the time...countless others can and would have jedi in weeks...where it would still take us the normal 6 months

About time someone sayed this, I totally agree.

But i say instead of having it EQ/WOW grind exp make it missions that are spaned over a period of time, people who don't ahve the time, will then become jedi. And no not everyone will get jedi because not everyone in the game wants to be a jedi.

i have to add...if you really want it, the time wont matter so much, just buckle down and have as much fun as you can, in that year of doing the village i made a bunch of new friends, mastered 20 some professions trying to find the best grind template and to fund my endeavor...i had alot of fun...it was boring sometimes too...but still fun

Personally I was a mad grinder before the village change came out (30:1 combat xp tradein)

Now, I find myself going to Kash and completing many of the quests offered there, or gathering hunting trophies (Just killed the Mutant Acklay on Yavin last night). Not to mention all the other quests offered by various NPC's throughout the game.

Why not try these various facets of the game, before complaining about the game being broken itself when that is only 1 aspect of it.

Amen brother, ANY player who puts in the game hours towards the goal will get a Jedi. Those who don't will not. Those who haven't do not. Those who haven't have only themselves to blame for why not.

I could have had a Jedi much much earlier had I focused on it totally to the exclusion of other things. Did I? No. Do I complain about it? No.

I chose to do other things as well. Not having a Jedi as quickly as others is the price of that choice.

I still have one though, and another in process...

Wow JDawg lol you don't make the best of friends on here do you? I've read another one of your posts and same thing...complaining. There have been some pretty good people that have posted why you don't deserve jedi or whatever. The simple fact is the Devs would make so much money really fast and the blah...jedi will get old because that's one of the only aspecs of the game to most people. Think about it, I've beaten KotOR and just tonight after about a month or 2 of stopping KotOR 2 half way through im starting it up again but say it didn't end. you had all your skills unlocked. Don't you think it would get old and people would move onto the next game. Making jedi to simple to get would make them just another profession. I too wish the 30:1 combat conversion was changed but who dosn't? So tell your social life I said "Hi" and stop complaining or quit!

For your $15 a month, you get the same opportunities everyone else gets. Whether or not you take advantage of those opportunities is up to you.

If you want a Jedi, get out there and make it happen. But Sony's not going to hand it to you. Unless, of course, they have another double xp week.
