I severely dislike it when people say "Jedi should not be handed to you. Its supposed to be hard. Its to keep the level of jedi down, for realism"
For realism. die and get rezed....
HA...realistic to WHAT? Its a videogame, made after aFICTION movie. Since when have movies been realistic? And whats more, since when have video games been realistic? Die and get cloned...die and get cloned....die and get revived...
My point is, i am paying 12 a month. I am playing 2-3 hours a day now, and i sure as HELL deserve to get jedi soon. HARK, im paying the same amount as all the jedi out there! I just happen to have a LIFE andPLAY less, not PAYless, because i have school and a social life.
So does having school every day and having a social life just automatically disqualify me for jedi?? Thats ludicrous...
The system needs to be revised so it is neglegent of how much time spent, but skill level and personnal character power is the judge.
I spent all this time getting to level 80 and getting a kickass template, then just as i get it the 30-1 comes out. God damn it....thats LAME.
I have just started the FS grind and am already friggen bored stiff with SWG. My Melee Accuracy barhas a sliver.
JEDI SHOULD NOT BE RESTRICTED TO ONLY PEOPLE WHO HAVE TIME.
This is a video game. This is not my life, and it never will be. I deserve it just as much as people who play 24/7. But they get it because they PLAY more...for the record, that isnt something to be proud of.
I demand a revise...

I hear ya. Heck I would be willing to negotiate with SOE. If I don't have the same amount of time to dedicate to the game, I (me personally) would be willing to pay a higher monthly fee or one time upgrade for the Jedi. SOE gets there money, I get my jedi without spending 9825426675852854783564783 hours of grinding.$$$$$$$

lol...if you are only paying 12 / month you are paying less thus you should get less....... next time try looking at mom's check book before telling people what you pay..... lol....school is coming so we will soon have some peace and quiet after all the kids cant be here....lol.

So by this logic.. if you were to go to work less and do less (say about 20 hours a week).. you should get the same output as the guy putting in 40 hours? Get real! Either deal with the way it is or quit B!TCHING!

I am married, 2 kids, work 40+ hours a week. I got my Jedi after investing some time into it (25weeks) if that is too much "time" for you then dont do it. Jedi is a option not a requirement.

umm NO, i am NOT going to stop bitching, because this is outrageous.
And, what if i dont play as much, it doesnt mean i dont have as much experience dumbass. ALL YOU DO IS SIT IN FRONT OF YOUR COMPUTER AND CLICK BUTTONS FOR HOURS A DAY. EXPERIENCE MY ASS. THAT IS NOT "WORK".
Now capturing the commander, THAT was experience for me. Not killing deweys 24/7.
and yes i play 20 hours a week. Im 15. I wont even be ABLE to do 20 with school.

Maybe ill call you socially detached because you dont spend your free time like someone else does....This game for me is just like any other hobby, if I so choose to play for a choosen amount of time a day who are you to say I have no life? Maybe I think your existence is slightly pathetic.....In closing I say kiss me where the god lord split me...

in games like fighting games or super smash brothers... do they give you the strongest players and bosses the first time you get on and can you get to them without work? no, you need to work if you want a character stronger than the others.
you SHOULD have to work, since if everyone could get a jedi easily, the ones who dont want a jedi and pvp are screwed. pve also
