i had a bunch of buged missions while doing my padawan trials. Just b careful you dont pick that box that says quit padawn.

u can restart the mission as many times as u like. you can only FAIL three times. dieing = failing.
also u can restart the missions until u find a mission that is either on the same planet or only one planet away. Rori is bugged. someone said stay away. STAY AWAY from rori. its the devil's planet. Moenia is bugged. stay away from missions on moeinia. pray to god that your sludge panther and falumpasets arnt bugged cause they usually cost u some time.

Sometimes groups bug quests. Make sure you are not in a solo group or any group for that matter.
I know this sounds like an illogical factor but I've had personal experiences with padawon trials and a solo group.

This is true...I found out that if I walk to the wp from theSPwithout ever even pulling my bike out, the npc will spawn. The only times the npc didnt spawn was when I'drush up to it on a bike.

just a heads up
you can only afford to fail twice before you have to restart your padawan trials.
I was up to my 12th trial when i pressed the wrong option and due to it being the "second mission" i had failed i had to restart them all over again and this was about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Did it on my second attempt though.
im starting to think that the Devs will control the jedi population a little by the amount of "failures" you have in your trials.
it may have been 3 in the past, but i experienced 2, and i wouldnt mind guessing that as more and more jedi face the trials that you will end up with No Failures and No second attempts and ifyour fail your trials then sucks to be you. no jedi for you. 1 year

Acually Retsrating on a Different Planet did work to tell you the truth So that is False info sorry to disappoint you....But who ever said it hit it on the nail you can re start and I wouldn't take any Trials from Rori going to Rori they are fine its when you leave that you gotta watch out....

I didn't say anything about restarting. Yes, that will would work. I was implying that if you have a mission on Espa where the NPC doesn't spawn, for example, and you try shuttling to Theed and back real quick and walk up to the same NPC again, it still won't spawn. Once it fails to spawn you have to restart the mission.
Pretty frustrating. It happened to me twice on the "kill 20 xxx" mob missions.

i died on the falumpaset mission when killing a gungan flumpaset and my cable modem took a dive. came back 15 minutes later and was able to finish the quest without restarting it and after cloning. had me a bit worried since i had already killed 12 falumpasets. so death doesnt mean failure in all cases.
choosing wrongly in a response does constitute failure. i generally kept reseting missions till one landed on tatooine or naboo and in a city with a starport. this cut a lot out of the travel times and i was able to finish the trials in 6 hours of play.

This May not be entirely True I just Completed the Trials last Night and my Last one came from a Rori Force Shrine and I was kinda skceptical at first about it because I remmebered what happen the last time I had a Mission on Rori then follow on to another planet , Which by the Way is the Reason for the Start of this Thread, Anyways knowing what happened before I thought what the Heck it is the last one if its bugged like the rest at least I can Re-Start and just Knock it out. So , I go finish the Trial and *Poof* Padawan So in other words it was a Trial on Rori then another from a Rori Force Shrine and they both worked out just fine just thought I would share that information on that part of the subject with you all...

yea u are right. i didnt consider that at the time. although i never failed any trials, i had a friend who ended up dieing on the gungan architect one (dont ask me how) and he failed the mission. but what you said, Barb, makes sense.
oh and btw. 6 hrs of play to finish is phenominal. i want to say it took me 15+. just due to the fact that it seemed like about 2 out of 3 missions were bugged in some way, shape, or form. congratz

Thanks for the information everyone. I just started the trials last night and experienced a bugged mission on my 2nd one. Hearing that it might take up to 15+ hours gives me the shivers. Won't be able to play much this weekend and want to finish this before JTL goes live.
Someone mentioned about that there are only 16 total missions. Is this correct? Because I had heard there were 20.

I have done about 4 of these so far , but half the time the NPC disappears on me .Either before the mission starts ( I see them but by the time I go to converse they are gone).Or after I finish that quest.I Know rori is bugged, and maybe possibly cnet.
Anyone know which ones I should try ? Tat seems to work ok.Also do you go to different shrines or stay on the same planet to do it? If you have any info or a guide i'm missing .Post here , Thanks

I've got some padawan trial info in my FAQ/Guide but really you just put up with it, it happens.
