Hi...

I've been reading that when you fail the missions 3 times you have to start all over...

All over? Means that i have to do the 6 branches again, kill mel and that before? or is it just start padi trials from beginning again?

Its just the Padawan trails you have to start over.

I noticed in the FAQ that it says [planet] and [city] in the trial descriptions.

Are any of these trials static? Or do they change every time you do the quest for different people?

I'm sure that they are random since you actors spawn and despawn as you talk to them. Mine had me going all over the place.

They are not static, so it will varry from player to player. You can restart them, without having to fail the mission, by just useing the shrine again, so it's doesn't really matter. You will be traveling all overy the place, so it will be long series of quests anyways.
