No, he visits you based on how many times the game has to recognise you avitar. meaning if you shuttle jump from player city to player city then wait 10 min and repeat the old man should visity you soon. also wait 10 min b4 shuttling when you log on.

He wasnt there foy you. He says that if you try to talk to him and its "not you turn".

That happened to me once before. I was bummed out too. The next day, when I logged in, he appeared right behind me. Yes, it was my turn. Yay! Now I'm three FS skill boxes away from my exit quest. Yay!

ya just wait for it.... even if you miss it he will show up agian after a day or two.

i ws wondering...i just became "glowing with the force" and now i'm waiting for the old man. About how long will it take? i just got glowing at about 12:40 AM afetr midnight and now i'm trying to do the process....going to city and going about 1000m away from city, then entering combat and then lingering around, and then loging off, then waiting for about 5 minutes, then logging back in (repeat) well should i be doing all of this so soon? or should i wait like 1 or 2 more days then start doing this? + how long did it take you?

i already checked the "from FS to jedi initiate" form...that is where i got it from...but i'm just wondering should i wait a while then do the process.....like should i keep doing it until he arives?
and some dirty some of a b^tch is stalkin me around these forms giving me a 1 star each time i post! Whoever that @$$hole is they better f^cken stop it! IT'S REALLY PISSIN ME OFF! I'M D@M SERIOUS!

Just play the game. He will show up and you cant miss him, but if you do some how he will come back.
It can take up to 3 days, there is no real rush because you have a very long gring ahead of you.
Spend your time capping combat and weapons xp and having fun.

usually with 24 - 48 hours he'll show up. And each time he showed up for me it was just as I initiated combat with a mob...so just sitting around on your butt doesn't work as well...
so wait for a day (or maybe half a day) then go kill stuff and he'll pop up.
