Sorry if I'm being retrded, go ahead an flame, but I've been looking at the guides and I still don't quite understand Free Unlocks. I mastered one of my holo professions before publish ten. This would give me one free unlock correct? I talked to Paemos and I saw not option box or anything for free unlocks. Should there be one? I asked what i could train in and he said nothing, however a list of different branches were selectedable (I didn't try them cause i didn't want to waste anything if they were the unlocks). Could someone help me out? Thanks.

You needed to have done at least 3 holo professions for a free unlock - you get 1 for each of the '4 holo' and '4 silent' professions granted to you beyond the first two holo ones (note that if you did holo grinding and got less than 4 holo professions, i.e. it went silent on the third holo it was because you had already ground out some of the 'assigned' holo professions allocated to you.)

Complete Holo 1-4 : 2 Free Unlocks (less than the 4 holo profs = 0 unlocks).
Silent Holo 1 : 1 Unlock
Silent Holo 2 : 1 Unlock
Silent Holo 3 : 1 Unlock
Silent Holo 4 : 1 Unlock

TOTAL: 6 Unlocks Possible
Silent Holo 1 : 1 Unlock

You know, I don't know if anyone really knows how free unlocks work. They are kind of random. Looks like you may have gotten the shaft, I'm afraid. But hey, if you can do 5 lines, you can do 6.

To add to that, if there is a fifth option when you talk to Paemos that isn't like Stop Conversing, then that will be the way to get your free unlocks. This is according to the guide stickied at the top, which I suggest you check out for all your FS needs.

We can only unlock 1 tree per phase..
But with free unlock, can we open more then 1 tree per phase. For example; We are in phase 3 and I unlocked the melee acc. tree with the quest.Now I have 2 free unlock option, can I use one of them to get Ranged def.?(it is again in phase3)
With this way I am able to take 2 trees in one phase.Will their be any problem?
Second question: It is a bit same with the first one; I am thinking about using the last free unlock on persuasion(Phase1), so when I am in phase1, can I unlock a tree with a quest? or there would be a problem because I havealready unlocked a tree in that phase??

Your free unlocks can unlock anybranch at any time and give you enough xp to filla branch

you need to plan out how you are going to do things in advance to avoid waiting... i.e. if you had 2 free unlocks, and took melee accuracy and ranged def (both phase 3 right?) and we were IN phase III, then that'd be silly... 
so to answer your questions:
1) yep.. unlock ranged def thats a great idea. that means you'll have melee accuracy (uve done the quest) and ranged def unlocked.
2) if you free unlock persuasion then come phase I you can do another quest (obviously you wouldnt want to do persuasion quest).
the thing to remember is this. if we were in phase I and you had 2 free unlocks, it'd be dumb to unlock 2 things from phase III unless you wanted three from that phase. otherwise if there isnt anything else in that phase you wanted.. you'd have wasted 1 whole phase (god im explaining this badly eheh)
so for your template:
Phase I: persuasion (free)
Phase II: ?
Phase III: melee accuracy quest, ranged def (free)
Phase IV: ?
that would mean next shift, you could do any quest you wanted giving you 4 branches. Then, Phase I take anything apart from persuasion giving you 5, and finish on Phase II. The thing NOT to do is say you didnt want anything else apart from persuasion in Phase I, then DONT free unlock that.. because like i mentioned, you'd have to basically skip a phase.
