And you think EQ2 or WoW won't have things you don't like ? Well, good dreams furthermore

Dubolom Thanks for the quick response...

It would actually be 150,000 in combat xp, and has taken me A LONG time fighting some tough creatures to get it. So based on your response, if I do use the 150k comabt xp to acquire the Pistol skill, it is no longer available for FS conversion? I

Iam just trying to decide if the benefit of converting that combat xp for fs xp(assuming I become force sensitive)is more beneficial than using it to become Master Pistoleer, which I don't think in itself offers that many real bonuses.

I have a questions that I'd like answers to ok first does the force skills take skill points and they say u need 24 fs skill does that mean at one time you need to posses 24 skills or can you train 24 skills and surrender them for instance my current template allows me 18 extra sp i would use 18 get what i can then surrender and get the rest to get to padawan

SO basically can anyone verify4 things for me

*****do fs skills take skill points

*****if so how much

*****has anyone proven the 24 skills gets youintiate

*****if so did you get all 24 at a time or some then surrender

1) Yes, Novice and Master take 0 skill points but the trees take 1 skill point per box.

2) 1

3) None of the regular players have been able to train in the 24 boxes yet to verify

4) You have to have 6 trees of FS skills (24 boxes = 6 fourth tier boxes) filled all at once to move on to Initiate. You can not drop those 24 boxes at any point in time and still be a Jedi.

LOL!!!! That was funny. Certainly SOE won't make the same mistakes as....umm, SOE?

WoW won't have any bugs or make bad choices either......LOL The same company that produced Diablo, Diablo 2, and the Warcraft series....some of the most easily hacked games ever to exist (wildly popular no doubt, but hacked apart.)

EQ has had what, 5 years, and atleast 4-5 expansions. Very catered to the High End Powergamer. In fact, there hasn't really been any content added in EQ for anyone under level 30 for a while. (For those that don't know, reaching level 30 in EQ, for casual powergamer playing 4-5 days a week, 3-4 hours a day and 5-6 on weekends, would probably take a few months) I doubt EQ2 will be any more than an improved graphics EQ, the inventers of camping.

The /check command is only in test still, it is not on any of the live servers. It will not be in the game until Publish 10 goes live, which has a -current- ETA of Aug 31.

They're probably trying it on live. And there is no space--the proper format is /checkForceStatus.

Does anyone know if you are limited to 24 boxes? When I was on TC2 a couple of weeks ago it said you had 250 skill points available, but I assume that will be changed to something else since boxes are only 1 point each. It might be useful to have more than six lines of force sensitive skills if they will be a available. If not I am going to have to think long and hard about which ones to chose.
