nice info,
it is clear the devs made this 2 keap people in the game for another eternal grind,
yet here they made a stupid mistake cause this will only make more people leave....including myself.
in my opinion as soon as EQ2 and WoW go live SWG is dead especialy because of stupid in game things like this.

The command /checkforcestatus brought up the line:
"No such command/mood/chat typecheckforcestatus."
Whereas the command /che brought up the line (in green):
"You turn your head and expose your cheek in anticipation of a kiss." (lol)
So what's new?
That command isn't Live yet.

as an aside...
I typed '/che' on my toon on Valcyn (before pub10) and i gave an emote something like this:
"You turn your cheek and hope for a kiss"
lol
You are better off than me:
After reading this guide, while playing on live, I saw a dark jedi in a buff line & examined him to see his badges. Then I decided to try the /che stuff on the odd chance it may have gone in to live.
Result: one puzzled dark jedi got a kiss from me. Strange encounters of the third kind, indeed.
Search and Destroy I
Quest Giver: Dageerin
Item Reward: A +30 speed melee powerup. Apparently this is a permanent powerup.
Mine ran out. lol, is that supposed to be possible?

oh forgotsome of theactual ratios :
generic crafting xp 1:8
structure crafting xp 1:35
2handed ( and all other fighter xp too for sure ) 1:30
combat xp 1:3
scout xp 1:8
surveying xp 1:10
Given that almost all xp is convertible this is the best template I could come up with:
Master Carbineer (or pistoller or rifleman)
0044 ranger
4000 SL
0001 CH
This way you could group with your pet (or a solo group etc) to get your SL xp and proceed to trap, harvest, and attack with a creature everything that you see. Then you could cap SL, Scout, Carbine, Trapping, and combat xp in one fell swoop. There may be better choices in where you spend your skills but this seems logical to me to be able to get all those different kinds of xp maxed. BTW, how is the conversion rate for trapping? It'd be bloody easy to eat some dweezel and hang out with your armor on capping trap xp. I think medical xp conversion should be really low. It should be made to be not even worth it to afk through it.
This is a great template, but you forgot one thing: You need to leave 24 skill points available for FS skills... I'm going M. Rifleman/ Ranger 4040 (not gonna use traps)/Medic 2000 (for self-heals during soloing)

I am confused about the Xp conversion: I am currently 50k Combat xp points away(I currently have 100k of the 150k necessary for the 4th skill)from being able to Master Pistoleer... am I better off saving the combat xp to use in the FS conversion & not Mastering Pistoleer? Once I gain that 4th skill I "lose" the 150k combat XP correct?. which means I can't use it to convert for FS points....
I have read the posts but am still unclear on this.
THanks for your help!
50k combat xp is NOTHING compared to what you will need to get to Jedi Initiate level, so you might as well master pistoleer and get pistol speed etc. bonuses
