They dont drop at Fort Tusken after CU? Or you just havent tried since?

Canyon Corsair POI on Lok is a good location to loot crystals. In one hour of killing the various corsairsI typically collect 7-10 color crystals and 1-2 clear crystals. Mobs are lvl 43-55.

Thanks for the info guys i really apreciate it especially since i'm on my 8th padawan trial and have been racking my brain to figure out where i can get the crystals for my saber.If anyone else has some other places for me to try please give me some more places to go and wp would be nice if you have any that are not POI's

all crystals drop from all humanoid mobs.(nightsisters seem to have a slightly higher drop rate) Color/power-clear crystals. It's just the quality of the power crystals that is dependant on the CL of the mob

i heard of a cave on correlia filled full of giant teddy bears which u could just go round and bump off with no problem.
they used to drop crystals about one out every three kills

u need 1 color crystal in every lightsaber
and then on every generation more power crystals

I looted a Clear crystal from Tuskans out where they are constantly fighting the jawas at a Sandcrawler. I also get great crystal drop there on Valcyn.. I looted 7 crystals in less than hour out there ...high number 1200..dont know anything about this yet but thought I would let peeps know..

yes clear crystals are power crystals.
Let me explain crystals and lightsabers:
Each lightsaber (except training saber) takes a color crystal and a clear(power) crystal. The color crystal gives it 's color and elmental damage type (green=acid, red=heat etc.) All crystals must be tuned before they are put in a saber, and once they are tuned only the jedi that tuned them will be able to use them.
When you tune a color crystal, nothing happens, nothing needs to happen, it just changes to (tuned) after it's name.
When you tune a clear/power crystal, you get a stat page (I'll try to take a pic and upload it here in a bit)
Gives it's speed mod, damage range, action cost, and force cost of what it adds to your saber on this page. (the quality of the crystal helps determine how well it will tune)

Theres a few that drop i know two
Tuskens-on tat
Canyon Corsairs-POi LOk
Lokian pirate-Guess on that one
Basicly most non faction based humanoid npcs
