Hmm... every one says the same thing to what i ahev seen they are even no not really TKM vs Fencer Fencer will PWN them lol im master pike master fencer master Brawler Intim 2 Blind Dizzy lunge 2 i never get kd i do some times but get right back up. I dotn fight with Dots often only when i most but still I think Fencer PWNS TKM....but than again there are u that think its even this is just what i think.

A TKM has higher accuracy, toughness, the ability too target specific pools, the stun state, meditation, and equilibrium.
Sure Fencer has stun but a 40% Stun armor and a 50% PSG will reduce the stun damage by over 80%. Also Fencer has dodge but as you will spend most of your time in PVP intimidated that does not really matter (unless your doc too).
At the moment I would say TKM beats MF.

Ok guys I need a lil help here!! Like some pros and cons....I am currently TKM, thinking of dropping that for fencer....is it worth it? Or will i spend all the time grinding fencer, and dropping TK only to find TK was better. Take into account I don't do much PVP! ANd maybe a lil advice on a best weapon for fencer. THX

XPixieHeadX, If you aren't really into PVP then stick with TKM. The meditate is worth it alone. Personally I think TKM is overpowered even though my main charcter is TKM / Master Doc.
I also have streight fencer charcter as well and though fun to play , he is not nearly as capable as the TKM in PVE.
In general I'd like to think that if a streight Master Fencer and a TKM were to duel and each had equiment of identical qualitythe fencer would win. Simply because the Fencer has 4 branches of pure combat related skills while the TKM has devoted a branch to the incredibly uesful (but passive) meditate skill. In practice the dizzy knockdown is the killer, if the TKM gets it to stick.
The best way to check would be two of the pvp experts to create new pure charcters on the test center (using the frogs when availble) and stage a series of duels. I'd also expect this sort of thing to be tested a lot during the combat revamp, otherwise it will really suck.

i think this would be a neat template for PvP: TKM / Fencer 4400 / Doc 4030... this way u got the fencer defs (melee/ ranged, and kd), and the tkm offense, and you can heal states, dots and lots of health and action...

pff this is a stupid post it all depends on the weapon u have or the food u eat etc.. and come on who pvp with just fencer or just tk and for u who said just put a dot on em most ppl that pvp know have doc in there template 1 of my char i fencer/doc/cm. if u have dancer/muican buff drink 2 brandy and eat a muon tk cannot touch ur mind what so ever. just eat a thak so u cannot get kd its mainly about tactics not which prof owns the other this is just gunna turn into a flame post coz tk are arguein they are better and fencers are sayin there better a advantage with tk is it can brake through kin armour if u dont have a uber vk wheres with fencer u need a uber baton to break throu 40% stun armour but fencer can get dot weps easier like 180 mind fire knifes etc.. where the dot vk goin around are tbh perfectic and not worth buying . in my opion it aint the profs it the player

TKM Prep for fight: Lets say the poor tkm is stacked up on synthsteak, 2 brandies, mind buffs, PSG, also stun armor, and a 50-170 VK. health and action buffs too.
FENCER prep for fight: high kenetic 80+ Kenitic comp (4 peice naturally), synthsteak, 2 brandies, mind buffs, 200-400 stun baton. health and action buffs too.

* How TKM would fight: Start off with intimidate, go for the dizzy, then spam whatever move they feel like.

* How the FENCER would fight: intimidate, dizzy, lunge, scatterhit2 about 7-8 times(for taking out the steak), followed up by 1handhit3 about 2-6 times
(to finish off the PSG). During that time the tkm would be flopping cause their defenses to lunge and KD are very vulnerable. After that the FENCER would spam bodyhit3.

LOL those are lame conditions. I understand no dots...but no armor? Why the hell would anyone agree to that? You would just spam headhit aginst my unarmored head. Nice way to win, thats like a fencer asking ppl to duel, but they cant wear any stun protection.

this is actually a funny thread, a few days ago i fought these three guys all fencers 3 on 1 and i killed them all
my template : master tk/master pistols/0440fencer/nov medic
heres what i do, warcry, intim a few times (to stack the times) equip one of my DoT vk's, blind stun dizzy equip my 612 max vk and knockdown, then im smashing you for 511-513 damage(vk is looted exeptional 610min/612max lol) and my 237 str health fire vk DoT is ticking on you at the same time, ive only lost to the best pvper on wanderhome, and that guys name is Yet..hes insane

As a pure fencer stacker, im talking
Master Fencer, Master Brawler, 1040 Pistoleer, tka 2302, pike 0040
Teh STACKER template
Give the fencer a good sun baton, lets say something in the 200+min to the 300+max range.
Vs ANY TKM VARIETY!
If that fencer has poped a pikata pie, im talking 51% dogde 20+ mins, the TKM will hardly ever hit the fencer. He will hit the fencer more often then any other profs due to the high accuracy, BUT! BUT! He will still be doing no damage to him. Even give that TKM a 220+max damage vk. We are talking the fencer wearing 80% min kin comp armor, with huge midigation and melee defence. So with an intimidate 2 on that tk's butt, the fencer wont be seeing any damage going on. Not to count his kd and dizzy def. So even if you do get him on the ground, he will pop up in no time.
The tkm just wont win. The tkm wont beable to hit the fencer, and the fencer will destroy that PSG in no time. Then bam, 200+ damage in pvp while the tkm is still trying to kd/dizzy the fencer. Even if the tk got the fencer on the ground, the fencer will be done with that in a few secs and pop up.
I'll give tkm's one thing, its a pretty nice template, but for seriuos pvpers, fencer is one of the best professions in game. You just have to invest in a good stun baton (none of thise 100min 177 max dam crap) we talking 300+ max damage. These are a lil hard to come by, but not that hard. At any given time you can buy one for a few mill.

But they cannot keepa fencer stacker down. Too much kd/dizzy defence
If they got em down, they would pop right back up.
The Fencer Stacker is THE TANK of all professions. Yea it takes you a while to get your damage out there, but you are able to withstand sooooo many attacks its not even funny.
