While hunting last night, I noticed that the effectiveness of my bleed2 had been reduced by about 90% by the patch, regardless of the resistances of the mobs I was fighting. I'm not particularly bothered by bleeds no longer stacking, nor by bleeds taking resistances into account (though it would bemuch easier to swallow if CM diseases/poisons would ever be brought into line with other DOT attacks), but I would really like to know whether thisapparent across-the-board reduction in damage was intentional (and if so--why?) or just another little SOE accident.

I droped fencer to chase a holo, so I havent had a chance to bust out the gaffi since ICD, Did they lower our damage?
With stun armor, we already cant hurt anyone in composite, they nerf it even more?
Damage output is my issue #1 in pvp our damage output is very low, and we should have a knockdown hit (or AOE knockdown a la pikeman).
But mainly it's dmg output, from novice fencer to master fencer it doesn't raise much, when u see dmg dealt by tka for example it's not on the same scale, but even swordsman and pikeman outamage us greatly.

Agreed. This is something I've wanted fixed since I first picked up Fencer in Beta.

I didn't mind them unstacking the bleeds, but reducing the damage by 90% was a bit excessive, I think. Now for fencer, this was not good, but it really sucked for swordsman whose only thing going for them was the bleeds. As 4243 fencer and 0403 swordsman, and with no fishak for me to make anymore, my whole character got SLAMMED with the nerf bat. ![]()
