From the tests i've done, the bugged batons go right through the PSGs.

Liak actually has stun armor. 35% base stun (not sure what it was sliced for) and a 50% stun PSG. Not sure if he used a synth but it didn't matter. He was hit with one of those "bad" batons we don't speak about 
By the way, when are those bugged bones going to stop dropping? I got one off of ackley just last week.

Well other Fencers may cringe at this, however, but if he feels he was hit with a "bugged" baton, then he needs to report that to a CSR. They will investigate and if it is true, he will lose his baton.
Nobody wants the bones fixed more then Fencers, I am still trying to replace the 31% damage slice I lost when I turned in mine.

Either his armor is low condition ( PSG as well ) or he doesnt have a full suit of stun armor and it hit him on say his hand.

speaking of rediculous damage from scatter shiak, i saw a jedi get nailed for over 1k damage when a fencer .. theres somethen wrong there. and it wasnt done with a bugged baton.

My full suit of armor is 42%/37% stun 90% base and ive got a sliced PSG, and I'll tell you right now, never have I ever been hit in pvp with a stun baton for 70dmg, dont know what you guys are going on about or where you're pulling these numbersfrom (I'm guessing you picked them up in the magical land of Oz?) but guarantee you right now, if Fencers are so damn weak in PvP with stun batons then I'd be suprised as hell, considering that every second person I see on any given base raid has -center- over their heads and a black stick in their hands, funny that so many people would play a profession that is so incredibly weak dont you think?

How odd, as a friend of mine who has 39% stun armour and a 43% psg dueled me (we're both fencers) and i was hitting him with my baton, andi guarantee you i was not hitting for anything more than 60 with scatter hit 2. we are strong against those with no stun armour, but if you have decent armour then you might as well laugh at us as we tickle you. Either you have not equipped your psg properly, or you are being hit with legendary stun batons.

You know come to think of it,
Last night I got hit by a master head shot for 1k dmg twice in a row, threw my PSG and my prenerf 95% sliced Composite Helm.

Ok sorry about that it just seems this is a fish story. Either the guyhad a really really nice stun baton Im talking legendary, then used a exploit to slice it for dmg like three times in a row, yeah that kinda nice dmg. Is the ONLY way you would see that much dmg IF composite and PSG are good con,and if it was a full set of Comp armor with stun layers.
Now more than likely, cause these numbers are matching better. His baton that hit for a scatter shiak of 733 pvp dmg either had a max or average dmg of ......... 315 which is a nice baton. ((( 733/.25 )/5)/1.86) = Dmg of baton.
This is what probably happened. Your PSG didnt register that you had it equipped, and you probably had one piece of armor on be it a bracer or gloves that had vulnrability to stun, simple mistake that is overlooked alot and one I have done myself. A way to best keep that PSG from the system thinking it isnt on you when it is. Is simply unequiping it and equiping it every once in a while and before every battle. Also remember how armor including PSG's calculate dmg to condition. That PSG is a 50% stun resist, meaning its obsorbing 75% of a fencers dmg right off the bat, and that takes a big chunk out of the PSG, every hit.
