last night my city got hard and so did i. i got hit for 733 damage with a scatter shiak. damage done by a Stun baton.

Point being, that dont worry, Scatter is fixed with Publish9 and assure you, it hits for absolutely crap dmg on the test center servers.

733 dmg Lets say you take some time make some money and buy proper equipment.
Why not even use on par equipment not the best in the biz so you can save a few bucks.
50% AP Penatly for PSG = 366.5
40% Stun Resist PSG = 219.90
50% AP Penalty For Armor = 109.95
35% Stun Resist Armor = 71.47
/gasp
71.47dmg ( For those who are not too good at math thats 90% reduction )
Use this with Dancer/Musician/Doctor Buffs. Add food to your shopping list and you can add a emote of /giggle while targeting said fencer just for kicks.

It's always hit for absolutely crap dmg against someone wearing stun armor and a stun psg. You would be blown away at how crappy ap0 weapons like the stun baton and gad stick are against armor and psgs.
Here's a pic of my baton. It was made with exceptional acklay bones. Now I bet you're saying "wow you must own everyone inpvp." No, I hardlydoany dmg to a player who is wearing stun armor and a psg.
In fact, even with my 700 dmg stun baton, I have never ever hit someone for more than 150 dmg if they are wearing stun armor and a psg.I always find myself switching to my T-21 in pvp because if I use my stun baton, I can whack at my opponent all day and not scratch him.
Oh suuure I can do 1600 dmg to someone with no melee dmg mit, but no more than 150 dmg gets through. That's sad and what's even more sad is that people like D3stor still whine about it.
For the person who started this thread, you need to get wise and start wearing armor if you want to survive. Don't come whine to us because of your stupidity.

Not to point fingers here but, even if it was a bugged baton made with bugged bone. IF he was wearing a full set of Stun armor and a PSG with at least the stats that I posted above ( equal to 90% ) that 733 ( PvP damage reduced mind you ) would have had to been a 8144 dmg hit before the equipment modifiers. Equal to a PvE hit of 32k dmg? So your telling me that his baton had a near 4k max dmg?

By the way, when are those bugged bones going to stop dropping? I got one off of ackley just last week.
Either his armor is low condition ( PSG as well ) or he doesnt have a full suit of stun armor and it hit him on say his hand.
