I am so angry that SOE has not come forth with a hint or clue to help us out. IMO, they should tell us how to get it, because certain things need to happen in order to get it anyway.
This is a FREAKING NEW WEAPON. WHAT THE F UCK. Think about...a weapon no one has. In a game where giving a prof a new weapon is striking gold...we get shafted. This isnt some freaking badge we're trying to get. Its a new weapon.

Well I have not seen any of the high end tuskens in about a week now besides the king wich I owned 3times anbd got nothing.

This is a p1ss take but im not giving up yet. I am VERY disappointed in the lack of any response from anyone in the know. If it works tell us it works, perhaps give us another clue to work on other than 'it has something to do with the elections'.
Everything in this game is reasonably obvious albeit sometimes difficult to find or complete, but at least we are given rough areas to look for cirtain things.
If we have purchased a product and are paying for it on a monthly basis its common curtasy to say whether or not a specific part of the product works

You know what I really wouldn't spend my time on this until you hear from someone else, I wouldn't wanna be the one to actually get a hold of the Mace and then have it be a sucky weapon like the Rantok.

Well, we have never been given any reason to doubt what minerunner says, and he says it is worth all the trouble. So maybe he has seen stats on it or something. Or at least been told about them. In alot of ways I think that it probabily is in the game as he said that he is also looking into it.Its just a matter of finding it. But like I said before, there is a possibility that we are going about this the wrong way. We still don't have any real proof that it has anything to do with tuskens. Or with bones for that matter. Once again, I say it is all hearsay. All we really know about it, is what minerunner said about it. The rest is speculation. We know it probabily has something to do with the bestine elections. But is says, may or may not. So we don't even really have that. There is a strong possibility that it has to do with bestine as it was mentioned. Maybe it could be a little thing like the scyth schematic is. From a little NPC that most would just dismiss as they walk by him. Then you end up having to fight a Krayt for the schematic. I can't see it being much harder then that. I mean, the hardest weapon in the game to get is deffinatly the NSEL. So I doubt it is equal to that. But as for the tusken thing. I think I am done with Tuskens for now, unless I run into some or just hunt them for fun. I will try some other ways to interpret the little information that we have.
Although, Minerunner, if you read this, it would be nice if you could at least let us know that you are still reading these posts and this string. Possibly let us know if we are on the right track or not. Or if you have anymore info on this at all. But even just a post saying Hey! would be good to know that we aren't alone in this.
Another Idea I just had, is that it could still be in testing... So that means that it might only be on the TC servers. That does happen with most stuff right?

Just a thought. I have always wondered if smugglers can unlock those loot-able crates in caves and such. Usually they say"This container appears to be locked" well a fricken smuggler should unlock um. Maybe a container in fort/ bunker has these.... I think everytime I have tried to loot the container across from the water under the fort is has been lock. I think there is also a contianer outside the bunker that is always been locked for me. Probably isn't that simple but hey. Any thoughts/flames on that theory?

I sent Minerunner a PM over a week ago asking him to just drop a line.. even if he didn't have any answers for us but I think I'm being ignored so it would have to be up to someone else to grab his or a devs attention.
I also agree that we my be going about this all wrong and I'm doubtfull the tusken king has anything to do with it seeing he never drops but that is what this post is for so we can try different things not for us all to try the same thing.
The only reason I'm on the "rare bones" bandwagon is because no one has looted any which is ironicbecause no one has gotten the mace either. Thanks for the updates everyone.. and if we discover it's broke don't be too upset.. at this point it would just be nice to know one way or another.

I must have run missions for all the Bestine NPC's I could today. The only one that seemed a little suspicious to me was the mission where you loot the broken datadisk from the wreckage to deliver to sean treadwell. He asks you to destroy the disk after you show it to him, and he tells you not to talk to anyone else about it. Well, I tried talking to Victor and Tour who is the governor, and I tried going into my inventory and dropping the disk on them but it didnt work. Could there be something to this mission maybe? If anyone wants to investigate this Sean needs to be in power, and its the mission to loot the painting of the star coming out from behind the planet. Two servers that I know Sean is in power on are bloodfin and Corbantis.

Maybe give the disk to the merchant that is supposed to spawn with the election of Sean?
