Actually found a decent way to make tips if that's your thing.

While sitting outside the cantina on Loklooking for missions had several people come up and ask if I would go and dance for them. It's nice to have my Choreographer title up at times. Then after they healed up went back outside to look for missions I could doand it happened again. Made a little over 3k in a couple minutes which was a pleasant diversion. Not that I wouldn't have danced anyway, but still nice to be appreciated.

Asking for more gestures that are masculine is vague. Asking for more masculine dances would have been better, because asking for masculine "gestures" as you put it would leave out the females, not to mention reduce the number of flourishes per dance that someone could use or want to use.

Suggestion: Think out your post and elaborate more before you post something like this.

Being a male dancer is so hard. NO ONE will watch/tip except for the females or random guy if their are other female dancers around. It's all worthwhile when some "d00d" walks into the cantina though. A little /dance and a few /hug and their like "OMG this guy is so GAY!". It's hilarious.

People went crazy with respect when I started dancing yesterday!

I couldn't believe it really. I bought a skin suit that was pink and wore yellow gloves, and wemi's usually sort of silly, so it was very comedic and people loved it.

Poke fun at yourself and don't give them a chance too!!

Woah, everyone jumped on Ninja's back. I didn't read that the same way as everyone else.... Sheesh. Ninja didn't seem like a hateful and homophobe to me. They stated that Guy players probably sought out Females because THEY had that problem. And The generalization of a lot of players who are dancers IS a Generalization which means that IN GENERAL. Not you in particular. It leaves room for the "Diamond in the rough" that you are.

I wonder why no one else saw that? I dress tastefully. But yes, sometimes I wear an exotic leotard. I think it looked cool in poplock to show off those legs but then I found the most gawdy colored camo pants and bodice I could ::evil grin:: that was fun. But I tend to dress for the dance. Exotic leotards and fleshwraps are not slutty. But it's not really tateful to wear them when doing basic 1... that looks silly. So I never thought that ninja's post was aimed to tell ME that *I* am a **edit**. But rather aimed at the people who dance around in a sprts bra and granny panties. o.o Goodness, how a post can be taken out of context and mangled like that. (No offence, I understand how sometimes writing something CAN be misconstrued, it happens.)

Tekoa- Ahazi and optomistic... and refusing to add LOL so that people realize she's not being evil and flaming.

From a female dancer PLEASE dont give up dancing! I love partner dancing even if they dont match lol. Most of the time I make my clients get up off their duff and atleast do /dance with me. I found that most enjoy it...they must cause they still will dance with me. Duet dancing with flourishes on exotic outstanding with a partner. My problem is for some reason exotic I and II the same and only really two flourishes??Am i doing something wrong?

Second I put ina word for guys to have a different set of flourishes and begging for more clothes for male entertainers...got to love the tight jean look! Its all eye candy and us ladies like it too while we grind the hours away. The male entertainers in our cantina dont interact with audience or other entertainers except in group chat...not sure why. I try my best to joke around and roleplay as that is why I picked dancer iin the first place. So far have been successful in drawing clients into roleplay..they seem to love dueling wth a dancer. You have to admit if female toon is tiny anyway and fighting huge wookie it looks hilarious. Plus adding in wookie owed me a manicure cause I broke a nail etc. Why be an entertainer if you are going to be part of the room decoration? I make great tips but not cause my toon is good looking but because i try my best to be funny and chat about anything. have never asked for tips and leave any cantina that someone has macro asking. lately have had better luck in pulling a few words here and there out of male entertainers but its really hard as most the time I am talking to myself. Guys keep it up and dont be so shy...get those female clients to get off their duff and dance with you or a fellow female performer. Then the guy customers will envy the attention you are getting from the females rather than poking fun at you...esp if ladies stick up for you when they do.

I have the right to remain silent...but not the ability

I try to do syncrhonized dancing as much as possible these days. I also try and interact with people as much as possible. If it's the other entertainers, I don't do it in group chat. Haven't tried getting the ladies to get up and dance with me yet. Maybe I'll give it a shot sometime.
