If that is the case, then why have different storage level modules, why not just take them out of the game. A DE who does not know this information will waste resources trying to improve the storage cap.

I am really disappointed with how SOE is dealing with the DE profession. They advertise this great "Droid Envasion" patch and then screw up the DE profession. Not to mention that we still have no good "battle droids".

I relly like the DE profession, but will have to drop it if things dont change for the better soon.

I really wish they would add this. I have sold a lot of droids in the past 8 months, it would be neat to be able to wander around town examining other peoples droids to see if I sold it to them at some point in the past. It would give a nice feeling of accomplishment if you could actually verify others are using your droids.

Thats exactly what happened, Droid Invasion was Patch 7 (1st this year), and Droids Rebuilt was patch 8 (2nd this year)


Although I think they got the names the wrong way round, there was no droid invasion until yesterday when I saw tons around

Can someone confirm this pls.


Since todays hotfix newly crafted Structure Maintainance modules don't work!


Theres no radial option or option on the structurs/bldgs to add them. They worked fine yesterday and pre-hotfix.


I did notice that while crafting them today that the stat under Mechanism Quality (can't remember what it was called) but it was 2, 6 & 9 as a base respective to each level of module which went up upon experimentation, is now gone, theres onbly mechanism quality


Have they broken it already?! just wondered if all the other modules are Ok?

I've been throwing away my pre-publish droids. I wouldn't think that it would have been ahuge LOE for the developers to come up with some conversion algorithms so that this wouldn't be necessary;HOWEVER, I have no problem with destroying these old droids -- or storing them for posterity -- now and in the future if the developers continue what I feel is definately a positive direction.


For the first time in 8 months I feel somewhat rewarded for sticking with not only SWG but also with DE, which is the only profession I've played since beta.


I may even start signing my posts with my character name:

The harvest module gives a BONUS to harvesting, so you can harvest more. If you yourself gets + to harvest, the bonus is added to the + to harvest and you will yield more resources.

I can confirm structure maint module buggage. I pulled some out of a crate today (which makes them "newly crafted"), and when I put them into a combat cluster, there was NO structure rating at all. When I put them into sockets, the resulting droid deed had a random structure rating. Once it was 8, once it was 16 -- for two identical droids that last night would have been rated at 40.

2 bugs in the Creature Harvest Module (I also reported them there)


1) A BE can use the Harvest droid to harvest from a DNA oversampling-killed creature (not normally allowed)


2) The Harvest yield of a Harvest droid increases when the owner consumes Veghash (doesn't make sense that it should)

I haven't seen any mention of this, so here it is. My barker protocol droid stored itself when I traveled to another planet. From everything I've read that is not supposed to happen. I'll try to see if this repeats later today - right now I gotta get away from the game for a little while.

Is it me...or is there a bug with the labeling of the detonation power of some droids? I made a DZ70 advanced model with 2 power 8 detonation modules in it and the droid came out as having a 16 detonation power. Sounds right. But then I made an MSE advanced model with the same 2 detonation modules and the MSE droid came out as labled with a detonation power of 36 ?!? Is this a bug....or are MSE's just more powerful with the same number and type of detonation modules in it?
