Thread: Centralized Droid Issues
PanaGo, you need to be standing by a Private Crafting Station to see 25+ Complexity items.
As for the coloring questions the Paint job will stay for 20 calls, after the Twentieth call it will"Fade" to the Random Color job (ei new colors everytime you call your droid) This even happens with new droids. To fix the problem ask your local DE to paint your droid. Most do it for free, we hate to see our customers unhappy with their Random Colored droid. Some people like that fact, some people are unhappy with it.
As for the DZ70, did you put a (or 2) combat module(s) in it?Did you experiment with the module(s). Experimentation makes a difference now with our Combat Modules, as a young DE I know it kinda sucks but it is something to look forward too once you become master.
MachineZed,Thanks a lot!I'll try that right now!
As for the DZ70s they do the 1 pt damage if you havent used any combat modules at all on them!
Thx Again!
MachineZed and PanaGo,
Thanks for the information. I did not know that but will work on making better ones.

So are combat droids still able to attack even without combat modules? It seems like that would be a bug since it allows for utility droids to act as tanks.

E. Droids to remember if they were stored or called over a logout.Running around in the middle of nowhere and logging out causes your droid to hide back in the datapad. This means having to go back to town or putting down a camp in order to recall your droid. This is undesireable.
It is possible to call droids out in the wild now.
Thanks for the reminder. Missed that one.
Already on my short list.

Respectfully,
Whoops, correction here - it couldn't have been the R3 my neighbor used to repair my probot - I hadn't given it to him yet because I was still in overt status. It was the R2 he had bought from me a few days earlier - also with its repair module in a socket, not the cluster.
At least when I was killed, it reverted me to covert so I could finish the delivery... ![]()
So, it still seems to be astromechs tamed before publish 7 that have repair module issues, regardless of when they were built.

The repair modules in my pre-publish 7 tamed R3 and R2 units still do not work, though repair modules in droids created and/or tamed after pubish 7 do work.
I haven't even had a chance to try my old droid's repair feature. So, I'm not sure. Haven't even made one yet with a new module...but those appear good.
I still think it's odd that my astromech droids can't repair other droids, but my protocol droid can. Oh, the irony! This *is* still on the list, right, TK?
Have you put the Repair into a Combat Cluster and build that into the R2? If so, that should be working. Any 'utility' mods that I've put into Combat Clusters (then into R-series) chassis, seemed fine.
I do have repair module / chassis uncertainty on the list of items from P7's release for them to look over.

The cofiguration of my MedMax R2 units is, data6/med6/inv6 in the cluster, and the food/chem module and repair modules in the sockets. The R2 I gave my friend was two level 4 med modules and the FC station in the cluster, and item 4 and droid repair in the sockets. It's repair module worked. This was the one built pre-October 10.
Customers have reported that the repair module in droids I built before and after the patch that were tamed afterwards, did have the repair module work. I made a neighbor of mine an R3 which he used to repair my probot's black wounds after I was killed in Coronet starport waiting for covert status to kick in... darned crackdown.
My R2's repair module was not part of his socket cluster either, and his does not work either. My R3 has his in a cluster of course, and it doesn't work either. But my action and mind drain a bit when I try.

Respectfully,
I should hope so. It's been on the buglist since beta.
