Shuca,
Thanks for answering the call.
For now, just work to get the list of active DEs as high as you can and see about getting everyone excitedon how a DENet can really help them out a ton.
Thanks again,

Server Name: Tempest
Name on Server: Rhatella Esona
DENET in Place: in the works
I've been extremely busy with work and all right now (i'm a network admin and tech support specialist for gateway...8( ) and i have not had as much time as i'd like to get DENET started. However, i have been in the process of contacting all the de's on my server and getting together a mailing list. I plan on sending out some group mails, perhaps starting a DENET chat channel, and setting a date for our first Tempest DE meeting. I will be making updates and let the community know what's going on with our tempest de's as soon as there is something to report

Rhatella,
Thanks for staying on top of things.
It really helps to have smaller meetings on your server...after a few of these, the DENet on almost any server will likely thrive on its own (as long as there is always as admin).
In the next few days, I should be putting together my post with some good tips and resources for DENet admins (and things Woody and I have learned that make it a lot easier to run a DENet that many expect).

Hello,
I'll step up for Radiant if no one else has offered!! I'll compile the DE list by visiting the vendors on the planetary map and also lurk at the major starports.
Eto
Master Droid Engineer
Smuggler's Cove
Naboo (Radiant Galaxy)
p.s. If someone has already taken the lead, I'll defer to them. If not, I'll run with the ball!!

Anem (Eto),
Thanks for stepping up.
I've set you on the list for now (I don't think I had another Radiant DE step up yet).

And to everybody body that thinks that they don't have many DEs on their Galaxy. Send an email to the ones you know about. I started out with7 names and now I have over 26.

Not only that....
I recommend that you occassionally use the Profession search tool to look for Droid Engineers. That's an awesome way to catch some of the DEs that only play in-game and don't use the forums.
Woody and I used to get a lot of DEs for the Ahazi list just by spending a bit of time doing that alone.

unfortunately i believe freastro may have either quit DE or quit the game. On naritus i only know of three MDE, myself who just made it last night, and cameo and another person (forgot name) who are veterans. I'm interested in being part of this, could we have a little more info?
Naritus:"Freastro"
Note: I'll update this as it gets filled out and get it stickied at some point (if Drashk sees fit).

Okay...thanks for the head's up. Do what you can to verify this, if possible.

If you'd like to take over, your best bet is to start by checking out the current DEA info sticky in this DE forum.
"Offical DEA net Info (Updated 2/24/04)"
There's info there on what DEA/DENet 'is', how to start one and get it healthy, etc.
Let me know if you have questions...I'm always happy to assist.

Just wondering if anyone stepped up for Wanderhome yet. I was a part of the DE net there, but our leader left for better prospects. If no one has decided to take up the challange, I will. I will have to contact the ones that have joined and inform them. If someone has stepped up , Thank you
!

Nope...no one has announced from Wanderhome. If you'd like to grab the slot, just say the word and it's yours...

I was curious as to how many names others have on their list? Yesterday I got about 20 names for droid engineer using the search tool and visiting vendors listed on the planetary map! This was just on Naboo and Corellia for the Radiant server. Not all are MDE, they are at various stages from Novice all the way up.
