Actually the post says it's the Vitality Packs that work on Droids to heal their Vitality. Still, that's too funny, I didn't know that. =)

You've got my vote, but only until Combat Droids come out. The Probot is NOT a combat droid; It is a reconnaissance droid and only fights in defense. Its purpose is to fly, (on its own), to a designated planet, and seek out requested information to report back to its owner. It found the rebel base on the Ice Planet, Hoth, and missions like this are what it's designed to do.

Why can't they implement combat droids now? We can see they have the animation for them. People find them defending a cave on Lok, for instance, as NPCs.

Who cares if the probot is not a combat droid and therefore should not have better damaging abilities. The fact is that the devs would prefer that SWG be Droid Wars more then the current Pet Wars. The first and easy step would be to simply up the damage on the probots (and fix the armor issue, though mine is always working it seems). This game has no need for a recon droid. The idea is actually stupid. So the devs should just make a quick and dirty temporary fix to probots and change the damage output.

Bio-Engineering is still THE most broken profession. Yes, that's right. Even with the first fixes for bio-engineering half of skills produce products that are worse then what can be found in the wild. For the record, DE is not as broke as BE (stuff works it is just that a lot doesn't make sense).

Much as the armor helps, there still needs to be something done to improve our lot on the battlefield. Our 'best' battle droid should not be a floating joke to the rest of the SWG community.
