It doesn't matter. It's a free country, he's entitled to change his mind. He's also not the one who wrote a flamethrower novel with the basic theme of "Drop it." Honestly, it's tired, leave it alone. If this turns into a flame fest where we're calling names and putting each other down, the Devs are more likely to look the other way altogether.

I hope everybody here realizes that the Devs willread nothing beyond the "DEs want a hybrid profession" -- so many people think its a good idea, it'll happen even if they have to combine TWO professions to do it!

Tell me again when the devs last turned a single profession into a hybrid?

They may not have actually done it with a profession, but they were at least thinking about turning DE into a hybrid profession back in November/December. Sintrosi stated DE would be something akin to: BE + CH = DE. The idea is not new, and the devs had at least tossed this around before, so there's no telling.

Thank you, Duncje. I changed my mind, which really isn't that big of a deal, or at least it shouldn't be. Or rather, I re-evaluated my RL circumstances and realized that I will still have time for SWG. I apologize to everyone for not announcing that publicly on the forums, I didn't know some of you cared so much.

Thank you, too, Sodan. There was a time when I would have expected you to follow Shian's lead. You seem to havechanged a bit, and I respect you more for it. You haven't lost your passion for what you believe in, though, and that's a good thing. /salute

Its best if we all just remain cool. This is the marketplace of ideas. The "ayes" have it and they do thanks to their collective expressions of substance. Now if only the devs will give us our skill-point-earned droidekas!
