Thread: Petition to developers: Droid Engineer Exp all droid engineers please respond
"Which leads me to suspect (and hope) that something of a fix is in the works."
Or they're just hoping that if they ignore it long enough, the problem will go away... which it probably will... to another game.

Balance is definitely needed considering the experience required. Especially with the fact that a good portion of the droids are kind of on the pathetic side. Also, there should be a low cap on how many droids can be owned by those aren't droid engineers. But we are the creators... the masters. We should most definitely have a higher capacity. I'm not saying thousands upon thousands. Maybe something like ten to fourteen. And as it was suggested (I don't remember whether it was this thread or not. Or maybe I am just hallucinating or making stuff up) we should have access to at least one or two(maybe three or {ehem}four)droid(s) that can do some serious damage. As was used as an example by someone else, IG-88 wasn't exactly weak. In fact, he/it was quite the opposite. And I'm not saying give us full frontal of these ideas. All I'm asking for is balance. Not only within the profession, but with the rest of the galaxy and community. Balance.

i am not quite to droid enigneer butsign me up too i think the exp needed to become a droid engineer is way to crazy i think like 10,000 points to become novicesounds reasonable. and then like 20,000 for the next box and then 30,000 and then 40,000 and the master should cost 50,000 i think all these numbers are very reasonable
this remains me of EQ ...First days of EQs " Rangers suck!"
First exp "rangers are horrible!"
Next exp "Why arent they making us better"
...next "Ok were OK...Wait we have AA with uber leet Skills, Were good"
next exp "Omg Rangered dish out more dmg then anymore" -_- i hope it doesnt take them 4 years to make us where we say Ok, were ok.....
Sign me in too! Yesterday When I realized I had to make like 500 Mouse Droid, i decided to become an architect instead, but if all this change, i'll come back to DE with u guys

Well, as one of the first (the first?) Droid Engineers on the Radiant Server I can understand some of the frustration expressed here.
UXP is a biggie. And so is the MSE-6 not really working right. (storage, data , med modules)
For those that dont know, Droid Engineer's got NO love in Beta Testing. It barely looks like ANY work has been done since then either.
We can only hope for a DE patch soon.
Kinda sad, huh.
