got it tonight. Was on havla, buffed 3 people then we left planet and went to dathomir. Got to th destinationa dn got the wait message at first healing attempt

What weapon were you using? Kloo Horn (fist)
What were you fighting? Yes
Was it a mission or random NPC/MOB? RandomSpider (hay, I have no combat skills but from time to time I still like to wail away on things)
Grouped or solo? I was part of a group but they were not there at the time
Embarassing when you can not even heal yourself and you get this bug from healing a state from a fluffy bunny!

I agree it has to be the havla.
I was fine until I took the havla.... yesterday.
I think it may be a combination of the havla in your stomach while in combat.
I am a master doc master cm, and as soon as i tried to toss a second dose of poison on somoene who was resisting the effect it told me i had to wait before i could do that again.
Quick logs aren't working, and even after your stomach is empty, you remain bugged.
Loggin for 30 then loggin back in. One of my guildies is grinding so ill be trying to keep him healed... ill let u guys know if the lack of havla makes any difference tonight.

I say we all go ON-STRIKE until the devs fix the bug, that will make people submits thousands of tickets and they will have to do something about, otherwise we will have to wait till the next pub.
DOCTORS UNITE, GO ON-STRIKE, NO BUFFS UNTIL THE BUG IS FIXED!

Dont be a d!ck, its been 2 days since the publish. Give feedback about your experince with the bug so it can be sorted asap.

Going on strike or refusing to heal/buff will not solve this problem.
Actively reporting accurate information which will aid us in tracking this bug down is what we need right now.
How can the devs fix something if they don't know or can't reproduce the bug? Give the feedback requested and we will get this to the devs and have it sorted out.

I used Havla for the first time and I did a few buffs then got in combat and couldnt heal and almost died.
I am a female twi lik(spelling) on Dantoonie, was fully buffed and had bio-clothing on. First time I had it happen was a poison attack from a voritor then I could not use any med skills. Oh and im a Master Doc. didnt know if its a MD problem only.

Used Havla to buff right before I took the missions and almost died due to the "must wait" bug. (FOW came in pretty handy) Hopefully this bug is fixed soon.

Worst bug ever! Almost as bad as that time when all armor and armor ratings stopped working.
It seems that all reports of this bug come from doctorsafter theyuse havla and then buff a person. This is what happened to me.

Well, it happened to me again tonight and I was not on havla. Log in, was able to buff no problem, heal, ect. After a couple of hours of playing i went to buff someone and after doing1 attribute I got the "you must wait before you can heal damage or ehance" message. After that I was unable to finish the buff. Tried relogging. After about a half hour I was able to buff again. Same thing happened again, 1 buff then I was unable to buff or heal again.

I got the bug too
Buffed myself in preperation for a pvp player event
then ate my havla and synth right away
about 25 minutes later I was dueling someone in Theed and as soon as the uses on my havla wore off I couldn't use any stims or state/poison/disease/fire cures
